Stayed Jul 16, 2024Had major issues with person/people staying in other side of house. It was obviously built originally as one house not too so walks are thin and no bathroom downstairs. Washer didn’t work so we had to go outside into back of the part of house outside (no AC in July) to do wash (didn’t let us know this so housekeeper apparently had all towels in Washer that was broken so we had no towels to shower the first night). Freezer on refrigerator didn’t work. Had domestic disturbance issue outside of house first night (people from other part of house) and when I contacted owner he didn’t seem to care. Front door seal at threshold gone so living room smelled like smoke every time neighbor when outside to sit and smoke (we unfortunately shared porch and he also left cigarettes outside at perfect disposal to my child, thank god I never take my eyes off him!) Got an house so that my son would have the backyard to play in, well it was overgrown and had ant piles so we didn’t get to use the yard and couldn’t play on enclosed porch since it’s so hot in summer. We loving staying in VRBOs but this one was the first time ever we were disappointed. I sent a message to owner when we got home and seemed to shrug it all off so if you want a place that this really taken care of with pride, I’d go elsewhere. Evolve is suppose to be managing this property but they are slacking!
