This four bedroom family friendly home has an AMAZING BACKYARD and is in close proximity to many desert attractions including casinos, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, hiking trails, and much more!

The Space:
From the moment you drive through the gates at the entrance of this community you'll feel at home. You will see a community that embraces family and friends, from the playground/park, basketball court, soccergoal and to the walking path around the green grassy area. That's without even stepping a foot into the house.

This fun and quirky home was decorated to help you feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room so no one is left out. In the backyard you will enjoy the pool & spa, a nice BBQ, a firepit plus an amazing rock waterslide and waterfall feature. At night just sit back in the spa, or by the firepit and bask in the beauty the desert nights have to offer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, 50” TV and a private en-suite master bathroom with double sinks, oversized garden tub and a sliding door to the backyard.
Guest bedroom #1 features a queen bed, smart TV and ceiling fan.
Guest bedroom #2 features 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total), desk, and ceiling fan.
Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom just down the hall.
The Guest Suite features a queen bed + bedroom with a large closet and ceiling fan, along with its own en-suite living space complete with L-shaped couch, smart TV kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink), and stackable washer/dryer. The Guest Suite has it's own bathroom as well.
The office contains a queen-size sofa sleeper.

PLEASE NOTE:
1.) AGE REQUIREMENTS: You must be 25 years of age or older to book. Guests 24 years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are not sure please reach out to us. Failure to follow this will result in the reservation not being confirmed.
2.) PET FEE: If you are bringing your dog or emotional support animal to a pet friendly property there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax. Pets brought into a home without permission will incur a $1500 fine. Guests bringing a service animal simply need to notify Owner of the animal’s presence. The purpose of the notification is so we can take extra precaution in our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of the next guest should they be allergic to animals’ dander.
3.) POOL HEATING: Utility costs have recently undergone significantly increases. As such, the owner is setting the following caps on the amount he/she will pay for gas. These amounts consider pool heating for reasonable use. If exceeded, the excess will be paid to the owner. Jan-Feb: $500, March: $450, April: $350, May: $200, June: $150, July-Sept: $100, Oct: $150, Nov-Dec: $400.
4.) SIGNED GUEST AGREEMENT REQUIRED: Once you complete the VRBO process, we will request for you to complete and sign our Guest Rental Agreement. This agreement MUST be completed filled out, signed and returned prior to check in.
