Stayed Jan 1, 2025Great house; large, well equipped and nicely decorated. Outdoor area and pool are beautiful and very relaxing. Owner was helpful and very responsive to our questions and one “issue” (clogged drain). Excellent location-minutes to downtown and beach; Publix and plaza with a few good restaurants right around the corner. We and our guests had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023The house was clean, comfortable , and well equipped. The neighborhood is nice with a lovely walking path around the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. It is easy to get downtown or to the beach. The only downside was that the pool was not heated. Mark was easy to communicate with, check in was seamless.

Stayed Mar 31, 2022Excellent - Great Screened In Pool - Great Porch Swing - Great location - Great Kitchen - Great bedrooms - Great neighborhood. Possible Improvement Ideas: Include an outdoor gas grill, bikes, pool heating, and floating pool toys. - Just ideas. I would definitely stay there again. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022House was wonderful. Very private back area with a small swimming pool. Comfortable furniture under roof overhang out of direct sun. Kitchen well-equipped with modern appliances. Bathrooms similarly modern. Neighborhood is calm yet you are not far from the heart of Naples. Owner is very responsive and conscientious.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022What a breath of fresh air. Florida designer chic with an astute attention to detail…plus, all the comforts of home. An idyllic, discreet Kings Lake neighborhood Bright mornings by the pool. Healthy walks around the lake. Yet delightfully only minutes from downtown. Mark, the owner is responsive, responsible and readily on top of things. Excellent!!!

Stayed Jan 24, 2022Generally good. Unfortunately the weather was not optimal….too cold to use the pool.. The house was more than adaquate. The plumbing is a bit dated and the hot water takes a while to kick in. But the house was presented in a clean and usable condition.
