AZ Desert Hills II Townhouse, Private with Stunning Mountain View!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house is bright, clean, nicely furnished, and has everything you need. I’m on crutches after foot surgery and was grateful that the master bathroom had a handicap friendly shower. We especially enjoyed sitting in the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas watching the birds. The open spaces behind and across from the house make this a primo location yet close to Green Valley shopping.

This private home is exceptionally clean. The home has lots of space and comfortable furniture. Loved the location at the end of a road with use of the garage. Covered patio with 2 different sitting areas and a private backyard. Nice community neighborhood to walk around in. Unfortunately we arrived too late on a Fri to get the community recreation center passes, which would've been nice, but maybe next time. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental and would not hesitate to rent here again.

The owner Ken was wonderful! Answered questions promptly and every need was attended to. The house was perfect and immaculately clean. The Mountain View’s were amazing. It could not have been better!

It is a great place! Clean, beautiful view, and the host, Ken, very quickly answered all my questions. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, extra towels easy to access and supplies for laundry. Garage access was a blessing and the house was set up to mitigate the heat.At the same exit for the house is a Safeway, UPS and gas station. I came for a birding trip and had several birds in the arroyo beside the home and at the patio. The hosts provided bird seed, and I added water to a bird bath, placed seed and a hummingbird feeder. At least 10 different species.A birding friend joined me 1/2 way through my stay and also loved the place and her own bed/bath.We hope to stay again on another birding trip!

Ken, the host, was very attentive and available. The home was clean, comfortable and had beautiful views! The house is stocked with everything you need. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!

This was my second time renting this facility. We have family in the area and this unit gives us a place for us to rest and enjoy AZ. The owner is wonderful. He answers all questions and or concerns in a fast and easy manner. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the quiet of the mornings. Everything was as promised & made our trip a really good one.

The house was prefect for what we needed. It has beautiful views, especially with the sunrise coming up over the mountains! It was very quiet.

For the second year in a row, enjoyed this extremely clean well stocked and nicely located property on the edge of a desert wash with a short hiking trail just a few feet away. secluded patio and veranda with sweeping views. We had hoped to stay a third year, but it was not available for our requested dates, sadly.

We enjoyed our stay (our second Visit). This is roomy home with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was there. The bed was very comfortable and adjoining bathroom had a great shower. The patio had a beautiful view. The location is convenient to many attractions such as Madera Canyon and Tubac. We visited Canoa Ranch for great birding, and also enjoyed the beautiful Desert park in Green Valley.

Had a quick weekend with friends & we loved this location! This property had everything we needed. Comfortable beds with great linens, nice fluffy towels and multiple comfortable seating areas-both indoor and outdoor. Space was impeccably cleaned!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in the area on business, and it was nice to have a place of our own and not be in a motel. Hotel/motel situation in this area is lacking, at best, so vrbo is a good option. Nice patios and surrounding area. Nice to have a garage too. We appreciated not having carpet anywhere in the house. Everything we needed was there.

We were visiting family in Green Valley. This location was perfect. We were only 5 miles from our family, just a couple of miles to local grocery store and gas. Property was very clean and comfortable. Great views of the mountains!
