Awesome Retreat Pool ,Hot tub, 2 car garage

On the whole, this place was fine. Clean enough and had the space we needed. The full size washer and dryer was a great thing to have access to after dusty days of hiking and off roading with our three kids.However, we were disappointed to find that this unit does NOT have it's own hot tub as the listing title would suggest. (We eventually found that there is a community one by the pool. But the code they gave us for the pool area was incorrect anyway.)We could never get the wifi to work. The SSID listed in the binder doesn't exist, and the password given didn't work with the C-1 SSIDs that were available.I also expected basic toiletries in the bathrooms based on the listing, but each shower/tub only had a bottle of expired Head & Shoulders. No body wash or conditioner.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Moab at this VRBO! The theme was fun and fit well with the Utah area. The location was also great - just a few minutes away from the main town and a short drive from Arches National Park. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a community pool and hot tub our kids enjoyed. The kitchen was well enough stocked for our needs. I especially enjoy having a washer and dryer. The host was great with keeping in touch prior to our trip - thank you so much! I definitely recommend this retreat to others in Moab.

We enjoyed this space for a 5 night stay during spring vacation that included a lot of hiking. During our stay in late March it got into the 80s and our daughter (10) appreciated the pool and spacious hot tub. The draw back was being a few miles from downtown. Super handy that the owners left a garage door opener. Just a note on the master bed-it is quite springy (coming from an all foam mattress at our home) and we didn’t find it very comfortable. Overall it had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. This subdivision was a busy area with lots of jeeps in the area for a tour.

Awesome trip and have been staying in the area for close to 20 years now. Won’t stay anywhere else in Moab!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was spacious, clean, very well appointed and nicely decorated with everything we needed, etc. We have stayed at Rim Village before and really like how nice the units are… great for families and/or groups of friends (perfect for meals with everyone).

Overall very satisfied. One suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows and mattresses. They seemed well used and in need of updating.

We loved staying here on our weekend getaway! Great location, and easy check-in/out. The decor was very tasteful and intentional, making it such a cozy and welcoming space. We will definitely consider stayingb here again!

Clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable for our family of 5. Pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and a short walk from the unit.

Outstanding rental home in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable and quiet. All features as described and expected. Close enough to the conveniences of the town but pleasantly separated from the crowds. House rules clearly articulated and simple check-in at arrival. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and beautifully decorated home. The master suite was so nice! It was just as pictured! We appreciated the owner who responded quickly when we had a question. The location was just outside of Moab but convenient enough for the Arches National Park.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and in working order. We had plenty of space for a family of 5. Having use of the garage was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. Enjoyed having a pool to cool off in after a day of hiking. Would 100% recommend!

We stayed five nights, the place was a clean and relaxing place to rest and hang out after hours on trails and adventures each day.

The property was exactly as listed minus the pool and spa. We specifically searched for properties with spas since we were in utah to ride captain ahab and the whole enchilada. I was notified prior to the trip but at that point therewas nothing else in the area thatwasaffordable

The house was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Access to the 2 car garage was very helpful and appreciated.

Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub.

This was our 2nd time staying in this home and it was just as perfect as last time. Decor matches the surrounding area and host is so helpful and responsive! Super clean too! We will always stay here when in Moab! Thank you!
