AWESOME PROPERTY, GREAT DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON LOCATION! Sleeps 10

Miki and her husband were incredible hosts! The rental was perfect for my bachelorette trip and was clean, well maintained, and everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend and the location was so convenient. Miki was very accommodating and I could not have asked for a better experience here!

This was the perfect space for our girls trip! The open concept living room & kitchen was perfect for us to all catch up and hang out together. Our lovely hosts were so kind and helpful upon check-in!

We had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay at the property! Miki the property owner was so helpful and made sure everything for our stay was perfect. There was a small issue with the stereo system which we wouldn’t have even notice but she came by to fix it and just took our stay to the next level! Prime location, convenient parking options. Walking distance to all the spots downtown.

Well maintained and beautiful property. Location was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Loved the kitchen and the numerous seating options in the living room. Great place for a girls trip!

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and walkable to town for the shops and restaurants. The owner was very pleasant. The whole family enjoyed our weekend getaway and would definitely revisit and stay there again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Location was great, we utilized the free shuttle bus and uber to get downtown. Plenty of options for dining. Parking on-site was also a huge plus.The house was very clean, nice thick towels and comfortable beds.

This is a lovely home. Bright and open kitchen/living area. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bedrooms. The sound system is a nice touch. The location is great; everything is within walking distance or a short ride. Miki was wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond to messages. The entire experience was seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was PERFECT for our family & friends during our daughter's wedding weekend. It has been beautifully renovated, is immaculate, and has so many thoughtful touches (toiletries, extra cleaning supplies, plenty of dishes, etc.) Miki was so responsive both before and during our stay and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Great location, so close to fun shops & restaurants on King Street. Highly recommended!

This property is in the perfect location for a downtown Charleston experience. Within a block you can grab a coffee and pastry, enjoy an early evening cocktail and enjoy boutique shopping in the afternoon. All without walking the two blocks to King Street! The house itself is charming, well equipped, and provided a cozy space for our family to come together.

Good location!

We stayed at this property for my Bachelorette Party and had an amazing time, especially due to the location of this property. It was clean, Miki and Chuck were welcoming and always accessible and fit 9 girls comfortably. Thank you for making my trip such a positive experience! Our favorite bar all weekend was By The Way right across the street so make sure to stop by you stay here.

Great property! Great location! The owners met us upon arrival and went over everything. They also recommended restaurants and points of interest.

We brought our 3 boys for a quick family vacation and absolutely loved these accommodations.

Lovely well maintained property close to everything. Seven of us stayed here comfortably. While close to some of the late night action off of King the house and the veranda are off the street enough that its not too much of a factor. Even if it was, the hosts have strategically placed white noise machines in the bedrooms closest to street to make sure you still get a peaceful sleep. Great hosts and great property, would stay with them again.

Six lifelong friends met here. The location and living room and kitchen spaces were great for our chatting and reuniting. The bedrooms are comfortable but small. I would stay here again

Chuck and Miki were great and very responsive, came over morning after we checked in to fix an issue in the bathroom and provide spare sheets. Location was phenomenal and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun time in Charleston!

Perfect!

We had the best time in this beautiful home. There were so many fun places to walk to and explore. The outside seating made the home seem large! There were ten of us- almost 70 year olds- and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were! Attention to detail was evident throughout the home. Can’t wait to return!

The location was perfect! It is a lively location so the bar noise can be loud.The only suggestion I have is that the above unit needs some carpeting to buffer the noise for the bottom unit. You can hear every step made.

We were 5 women friends for 50+ years. Loved the city of Charleston. Explored mostly on foot. Shopped, ate well, took Frankly Charleston tour and side trip to Kiawah. Loved it all. Note to future guests no coffee pot just keurig pods.

The property was as advertised. It was clean and had all the basic amenities. Two parking spots were allocated (which is an added bonus in the Charleston area). It was close to restaurants. clcloseclosrresresturants

Stayed here as my daughter was getting married at the Historic Rice Mill. We had the bottom unit (A). Very clean and close to everything. Plenty of bedrooms for our party. Big kitchen area . They do only have 2 parking spots for each unit, so you just need to be aware if you have friends visiting that they don’t take someone else’s space. I needed to move our cars a few times as when the wedding party was getting dressed, both the wedding planner and the hair and make up company needed spaces to park. There are 2 parking garages just right down the street, so it was no big deal. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.
