Great location!!! Clean and updated

In town for a memorial. So easy to get around the area. Went to “The Bank”, fun place to order food & drink, catch up with cousins. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and setting on the balcony with coffee watch the water view. We would definitely stay again if on HHI. Thank you for your hospitality! Lynne & Mike. Great place!

Great stay! The condo was very clean, had easy beach access, and was in a perfect location with restaurants within walking or biking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy well-laid-out unit with just what we needed for our two-night Hilton Head stay. Beach view from our balcony (great for hanging out, breakfasts and dinners), kitchen with necessities we needed, short walk to the beach, great local ride on the cruiser bikes, short car drive to shopping and lighthouse/marina views in Sea Pines.

Enjoyed staying in this condo while exploring the Hilton Head area! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and easily accessible with the elevator and luggage carts! We enjoyed the deck and ocean view when we took time to relax! The owners were very friendly and great to work with! I’d recommend this condo to anyone!

The unit was perfect for us. It was very clean and quiet and provided everything we needed. There is a nice little balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather — you can see the ocean from there as well. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. A perfect location. Parking was easy and it was great to be able to park under cover.The host was great and very responsive to my inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here.

The beach view is beautiful from this third floor location. The issue that I had was one. The coffee maker insert to the dishwasher wasn't working so three the dish liquid does not cut, grease or do a good job! Bug exterminator came while we were there as well as we could not find the dumpster and noticed that all the other guests left their trash outside the door. So that's what we did. It was quiet and pleasant and the weather did not cooperate. So overall the trip got an eight and for the little inconveniences I would give this location a -9. We also had trouble navigating that gate is very wide. The keypad is offset so I had to get out of the car each time because I'm not plastic man and everyone should know that going out of the complex is British. You have to stay on the left.

Condo is in a great location on HHI. Perfect size for a couple, exactly as described and pictured. View from balcony makes a great place for morning coffee listening to the ocean. Well equipped, bikes and beach chairs are a plus. Lori is always available for a quick response or need. Great hosts, would definitely book again from them.

Our deck did have a good view of the water as pictured. The cozy unit was spotless - thank you!! Lori communicated very quickly to any requests. The pool was the only part that was not great - the pool is in the middle of the parking lot and water was freezing. I guess you all had a cold winter as well!! Otherwise - GREAT stay. Great ocean view. Proximity to restaurants. Very clean condo. Check in was seamless. We were able to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. Would definitely rent again.

Really relaxing and quiet! I enjoyed everything

This condo was perfect for a couples getaway! It was super clean and close to a lot of places! Lori was fabulous about recommending places to eat and things to do! Super quick and friendly responses!

Really nice place to stay, perfect for two people! Great location, in between the Tiki Hut and Sea Pines entrance. Right on the water and tons of great places to eat near by! The only issue is that the bikes were ridiculously rusted, making it really difficult to use, so we didn’t really use them. One of the main reasons we stayed here were the bikes coming with the property. But overall, very clean, safe, nice, and great for 2.

Lovely place

We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and using the provided beach chairs and umbrella saved us money instead of paying the chair rental fee. The kitchen is fully stocked. The laundry was just across the hall if needed. Loved the balcony too.

Overall great place to stay, walking access to the beach is great, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers were also great to have. Additional umbrella would’ve been awesome. One roll of toilet paper was not enough for a week. A garbage bag for every two days would’ve been helpful too so that we could take out the trash easier. We liked the bikes but we’re not able ride them because I had an injury. We did not have enough clothes hangers. Options to put your suitcase out are needed. We hope to be back.

This is a great property, well located, good ocean view, esy to get in and out. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The property mangers Lori and Scott are better than any I've ever worked with, I've never seen managers so eager to help and make something right if it isn't. I would definitely rent this again, or another of their properties!

We came to Hilton Head to enjoy some down time at the end of the year. Forrest Beach is our favorite area and I always love staying at SeaSide. This condo had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and in walking distance of our favorite restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and its view. The beach is right there with an easy path to to access it. The property managers were very responsive and very friendly in their communications. We loved our trip and hope to return soon.

The location was perfect. We rode bikes everywhere. We loved being on the beach and close to Coligny shops and restaurants. The condo was updated and Lori responded quickly to my questions. The guest book was very helpful.

We had a beautiful sunny week. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we will definitely return at some point. It’s definitely a beautiful island!
