The top floor w/surrounding trees make for a tranquil night's sleep. The east facing kitchen has a nice skylight and porch for cheerful mornings. The new kitchen was designed with an Ice CreamParlour look w/the black & white tile floors, Candy Apple red refrigerator, the Retro Marshmellow white oven. Plus white cabinets. Plus a half bath in the kitchen. Cut bedrooms are the dormers so very cozy, a nice living room that gets sun all day to sunset.
