Stayed Aug 9, 2025This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially. The location was great, commmunication with owner was very good.The biggest negative was the air conditioning system was locked at 70 degrees. It got very warm, especially upstairs where we slept. Fans would have been a nice addition. We hope to return again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025House is great. The pool and hot tub are a great extra. Nice location. Owner very responsive. We had issue with AC at around 6pm. She had an HVAC company there by 9:30 pm to fix it!!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Excellent location to beach and bay. The house was very clean and the pool was a plus. The only thing is the 5th bedroom or sleeping area is very noisy within the house. Overall a very great house would recommend again and would stay again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Our family of 10, (part of a group of 54), had a great time. The property was exactly as described. The pool was a definite bonus as the ocean was taken over by jellyfish. The only downside was the distance to the beach, (had to cross the busy street), but we knew that coming in.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The pool and hot tub were huge hits. The house was big and clean and the hosts were very nice. Very nice neighborhood. The neighbor bar was a little loud but overall we had a fabulous stay.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Had a group of 16 family members. 9 kids 16-24 and 7 adults. Plenty of parking. Great location. Home is beautiful. Spoke with host several times during my stay with quick response to any issues that arose. Pool and hot tub were an amazing amenity. Will definitely be back to stay again.
