Affordable and clean

Hands-down, the best rental we’ve ever had. The home is immaculate, well furnished, and extremely comfortable. Also, they have the Home stocked with all the basic essentials you would need. The host were absolutely amazing. I had communication with them and found them to be wonderful people and very helpful. If you’re looking in this area, you should absolutely consider this first.

Grocery store (Steve's) is close and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner.

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. This home is very well cared for and is very well stocked!!! The location feels private but not secluded. There is an amazing coffee and donut shop nearby that serves hot breakfast also. We will definitely be renting again…

Wonderful Stay Near Budd LakeWe had a fantastic stay at this home. Everything was clean and in great working order. The typed information sheet was helpful and appreciated. The home was clean, well organized and located perfectly for what we needed. I had to get 2 full size trucks and trailers in a driveway and this was one of the few in the area that accommodated this. We will likely stay here again!

Home was fully equiped and nice fire pit

This whole property was wonderful! The house was spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had all we needed. There was plenty of room for two of us, and also to have our granddaughters spend the night. There was a lovely patio with a fire pit, wood, fire starters and marshmallow sticks provided. The host was friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a great getaway in Harrison. The house had everything we needed and is well stocked for cooking. Instructions for guest use were very helpful. The shower always had hot water. We enjoyed fires each night. We chose to drive to the state park for the beach and it was an easy, quick drive. Hosts were available and checked in when we had a question. We could adventure to Clare and Houghton Lake easily. The neighborhood was peaceful and we hope we can return.

Cute quaint house. Offered everything we needed. Cute little town quiet neighborhood. Hosts are full great advice if want to visit the local establishments. Thanks again guys. Was everything and then sum.

Was an amazing place, really enjoyed my stay

This property is above awesome, just bring your clothes and food. Everything else that you need is provided! Very nice and well equipped home. Neighborhood is quiet for being close to the lakes. Looking forward to renting again.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our entire stay thoroughly, and had a great time. We loved sitting on the back deck and cooking out on the grill. Very nice fire pit with huge pavers around it, we sat and enjoyed smores and a fire one night. Simply beautiful stay. The property owners were great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This was a top five stay for me. The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, was even better than listed. It was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at, and has been recently updated. The owner had thought of all the little things to make our stay stress free. Clear instructions were left for us. We used the home for a group of women in our 50’s for our yearly get together The living space was a perfectly comfortable area to stay up late, reminiscing. We put it at the top of our list for a repeat visit.

Very clean property. Looks to jave been recently renovated with a clean modern feel. Everything you would need is there right down to extra propane for the grill. Host was easy to deal with. Conveniently located.
