Away from the Hussle and brussel but only 1/2 mile from the Parkway.

Very clean and convienent location.

Home right off the Parkway a nice very quiet neighborhood and I love that it has a full size washer and dryer. We’ve stayedin the house before and the owner is very personable. it has most everything you need for cooking. The Home has good Wi-Fi.

This was great for our needs. The location is absolutely perfect for peace and quiet. The neighborhood is a dead end loop so no random traffic driving through. Very quiet area. Has a greenway sidewalk that goes right next to a stream. The beds are also amazing, we normally don't sleep overly well when on hotel beds etc. But the bed in the master bedroom was great, and we had good nights of sleep each night. The dining room chairs were a little wobbly, but we tightened the screws under the chairs and they were a bit more stable. WIFI worked great. Hot water worked great. They provided trash bags, and various soaps (hand, dishwasher, dish soap, etc) They have only six forks, which if you are eating in, you run out pretty fast. But plenty of knives and spoons. There are enough kitchen utensils to make most meals without a problem. We'll definitely try to stay here again if possible.

I was surprised that as guests, we had to start the washer with the towels we used and that we had to strip the beds. I’ve never had to either of those things before at any place we have stayed. Location was very convenient for us to attend the Women of Joy conference and to get to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable. Pull out couch had crumbs and trash under the cushions. Plenty of towels. We did notice that the kitchen chairs were wobbly. Overall a nice place.

Have stayed here several times. It is a very nice place, quiet neighborhood and anything you need is available.

Location could not be beat. Place was very clean and had all the reasonable amenities, as well as a pack & play and some toys. Size was perfect and appliances worked well. Loved that it had a back porch with no way down (safe for kids to play!) and had a sweet spot to play in the river nearby.However, the beds were questionable in their safety - one end of the mattress would fly up when you sat on the other end (true of both beds) and they felt very unstable. Dining chairs were also very unstable. Entry code was not included in the email so I called for assistance and the interaction left much to be desired.

House was clean inside, all rooms were clean as well. Everything was in the kitchen that was needed for the stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and gave prompt answers to any questions we had.Would highly recommend

Fireplace did not come on. Laundry room was good and clean rooms.

The pictures of this place did not do it justice!! There was much more room than we were expecting!! It was everything we were needing it for!! Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great. Clean and neat plenty of towels and bathroom tissue, etc. I do have one thing I’d like to mention. The steps and porches need some maintenance. The bottom landing didn’t have very much pint left on it resulting in it getting very slick when wet. One of my house mates slipped on it and hurt her knee. We would definitely stay there again hoping the step Maintenance is done next time.

Overall everything was fine. I skimmed over the full description & missed the part that it wasn't near the Old Mill like the map shows. But, we still were happy with the location.

House is not a minute walk to the Old Mill. It is approx. 5 miles from it. House was not as clean as I would have hoped it would be. Trash under bed and stained towels. Good location. Quiet

It is exactly what the description on VRBO said. Quit, peaceful and was located in the middle of everything so me and my family were able to go where we wanted with minimal hassle. I recommend this place if you are looking to just relax and enjoy yourself.

House was located off the busy strip, in a peaceful neighborhood. Located close to everything you may need. House had everything you need for your stay plus a few more extras. Will definitely look to stay here again. Thank You Judy!

Quiet neighborhood and great little house in Pigeon Forge. There is a small section of river across the street from the house that we loved hanging out by. House had everything we needed for our stay and the host communicated well. House was clean and everything worked. Master bedroom doesn't have a TV, but after long days out we fell asleep as soon as we hit the pillow. Only caution is the thermostat is set to 80 in summer and 50 in winter. It didn't say that in the listing, so was a bit warm compared to our home setting, but we bought a fan and endured. We would definitely still stay there again!

This property was just as described. It was simple, nothing fancy, but had everything we needed in just the right distance from everything, at just the right price. It is right in the middle of town, 13 min to Dollywood and even took us just 30 min to Gatlinburg. Owner was very responsive. I don't need bells and whistles, Netflix, or fancy trimmings, so this isn't the place if you're looking for that. But if you want a safe, family-friendly home across the street from a lovely wadable river withing easy driving distance of everything you need in Pigeon Forge, without spending an arm and a leg, this is a great option.

We had a nice stay at this house, however, there were a few maintenance issues that the owner never responded to. The shower in the hall bathroom didn’t work so our entire family only had use of one shower. The whirlpool jets in the tub didn’t work at all. There were some ants in the kitchen, but easily disposed of them as we saw them. Owner was kind to let us check-in early, just wished she was responsive to our messages about the maintenance issues during our stay. Otherwise, it was nice as advertised.

Really needs a table and chairs out back for maybe having a dinner or lunch...also the hot water was not that hot...dont go down when there is a mustang convention...thats all you heard all hours of the night

This house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. The kids loved the board games and toys! The kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunches- we ate out for dinner, but there's plenty of space and cookware for any meal. The location is perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood, but still easy access to the parkway, restaurants, and attractions.
