Stayed Oct 2, 2025The house was amazing! Perfect size for my family and extended family. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The backyard was a huge plus. The outdoor games kept us all entertained! Perfect location too. I will definitely stay here again. The owners were super helpful and responded right away if we had any questions.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Such a great spot for a small reunion of classmates from Cal Poly. Great location for hiking the ridge by the house, heading in to downtown San Luis, or the beach in Avila or Shell.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025We had a wonderful stay at the Avila Valley Luxury Estate. It exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our large party between the plenty of beds, the large kitchen, and massive backyard. We all fit comfortably and all agreed we would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We were in Avila for a family reunion and this was a perfect place to house the 11 of us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard with some of the extended family. The host was very easy to work with. Would love to return sometime.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We loved the location and the many different zones inside and outside to sit and talk. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we cooked several large meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated having 4 bathrooms! Fantastic stay!
