Avenues Traditional

Marla is a great host! I love how she thought of the small things you may need during your stay. My room had an ironing board, an iron, a mini fridge, water bottles in the fridge, plates, cutlery and hanging space for your clothing with a few hangers. She also had the shower stocked with toiletries plus a curling iron and a blow dryer were on the shelf ready to use. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the thought that was put into the living space. Thank you Marla for your hospitality, it was a pleasant trip out.

This is a great place to stay with wonderful views driving up the avenues. The shower was great and the beds comfy. Quiet at night and very secure! Would stay here again.

Lovely basement studio that is even better than advertised. Marla and her husband are lovely and welcoming. There are several trails located behind the home. Very safe neighborhood with quick access to the U and Salt Lake City.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. The place is so cute, with comfy beds and a little sitting area. The shower is fabulous, and we used the mini-fridge and microwave to warm up leftovers from our SLC restaurant meals. The area is gorgeous and you're very near a popular hiking trail.

Super cute place. Had everything I needed and felt very safe. The drive up through the neighborhood is amazing and the view of the city unmatched. Location is close to downtown and hiking.

This was a great place to stay while in SLC on a work trip. I needed a quiet, safe place to get well rested each night and this was perfect. Extremely quiet. Beautiful neighborhood. Clean. It's simple. Twin beds, a mini fridge and microwave, plus a few other extras (coffee, toaster, iron, etc.) Exceptional communication. Comfortable beds. A little gem.
