The Pacific Palms holiday house provides a magical view of Smiths Lake in a peaceful location with modern interior. Avalon at Smiths is a splendid location for families to relax and enjoy the serenity of Pacific Palms.

You will enjoy the comforts of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom elevated home with secure parking that can comfortably fit 2 families.

Linen, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors, blankets and tea towels are provided. (Please note towels arenot provided).

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer. For your convenience there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Free WiFi is provided along with a Smart TV.

With open plan living flowing onto the front deck, you will relish being able to relax watching the sun set on another ideal day. The rear deck has a BBQ and overlooks the back yard. In winter, you can fire up the combustion heater.

Just a 2 minute walk down to the lakes edge, the perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing, or take a short stroll to the popular Frothy Coffee Boatshed. Surfing beaches are only minutes away with a choice of Cellito, Blueys, Sandbar, Elizabeth, Boomerang or Shelly Beach. Forster is a 25 min drive away where you can join a dolphin or whale watching cruise or maybe take a and short drive to Wallis or Myall Lakes.

The property is close to local shops which includes a butcher, bakery, bottle shop, take away shop and general store. The local clubs have courtesy buses that will pick you up and drop you back to your home away from home.

The house is also very well equipped for those days when you don't feel like venturing out. Curl up on the lounge and select a book from the variety supplied, watch a movie, play cards or choose from the selection of board games.

This is the ideal location for a relaxing family holiday.

    What a great place with lots of space for 2 families of 4. Bright with morning sun in the kitchen and lake sunsets from the lounge or balcony in the afternoon. Double lockup garage is a nice touch with direct access to the kitchen space.Clean house with everything you need. Quiet location. Easy access. Lounge was so comfy I fell asleep on it one afternoon haha.One thing to note, the elevation. If like me you are wanting to kayak, you are best to drop it on the car and head to the beach area near Frothies café. From the house the water is accessible but via a steep short road. Some nice fishing close by as well.Ross the owner is responsive and courteous.

    We had a great time. Such a convenient location in a friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to the lake & short drive to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast on the front porch that had a view of the lake. There was everything that we needed on the property.

    Very spacious and clean! Great place to spend time with family and friends, good location, quiet street from the crowd in town! Highly recommended and the house will be our first choice coming back to Forster again.

    Ross house was very neat and clean. It is also very close to local shops and cafes. We really had a great time. Also Ross is very responsive host. He reponded all my queries within few hrs .

    Great location, close to lake & short drive to beaches. Quiet street with lots of birdlife. Very roomy house with comftable furniture, plenty of tablewear, cookwear & appliances. Ceiling fans were sufficient at keeping the place ventilated in humid wearher. Clean & well stocked with every day cleaning essentials. Mobile reception was non existent for 3 different companies so communicating with house members was difficult when we were out for the day.

    Beautiful property, immaculately clean and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Lovely spot to sit on the front balcony - lake views and lots of active bird life to watch and listen to including owls overnight . Short drive into Boomerang for dinner and 10 minute walk to Smiths Lake shops for supplies. All the beaches nearby; can’t wait to return!

    Avalon is a beautiful, peaceful home to stay in. Ross was a very attentive host. Our big kids really appreciated the coffee pods which were great as I hadn’t packed any. We mainly cooked at home and had everything there we needed. The beds were comfortable, garage a plus and couldn’t fault anything. Thank you Ross for sharing your beautiful home!
