Property is well maintained inside and out. Off the beaten path yet a quick ride to the beach and shopping. Plenty of seating on the deck for all 10 of us. Steve the owner responded quickly to my text questions.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay while in town for family wedding. House was perfect for our group of 8, & lovely gift basket with supplies for s’mores was a huge hit too! Host has beach chairs and boogie boards, and all needed house supplies. Perfect home for a large group.

The property and all of the assets looked too good to be true, but they were beyond expectations. It was our first time with the grandkids and their parents for a vacation and the house was perfect. Close to bike trails and beaches. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well set up - the bedrooms were comfortable. We had one of our most memorable vacations. The host was generous and attentive. The gift when we arrived was over the top, too! We hope to come to this lovely spot often. Thank you!

Steven is great and the house is very nice, spacious and clean. It’s like home away from home with everything you can wish for in and around the house.

We staying fir 2 weeks and I can’t say enough about how enjoyable our stay here was. We felt so cozy and Steve didn’t let us lack anything. There were 8 of us and had no issues with room. We will stay again!

Place was great, plenty of room to spread out or gather around the tables for meals and games. We had a great time. House was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great house and host!

Great place to stay for a URI event. The location is very close to the school and all of the amenities were perfect. There is enough space for a large group or family to stay at the house. Added benefit, there was a very nice welcome package for us when we arrived.

This was the perfect place for a group to stay. Plenty of room and very peaceful in a rural setting. We had a daughter graduate from the Navy Officer Training School in Newport which is about 25 minutes away. Highly recommend if you have a group of 8-10 guest.

Clean and well furnished house.

Our family of 7 adults had plenty of room to sleep, cook, and eat together. We appreciated having 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Be aware that each bed is full size which my tall sons found to be a little small but they managed. Also the a/c is only on the upper level and the lower level got a little warm. Steve provided a floor fan for each lower level bedroom. Steve was very responsive when we contacted him about a maintenance issue which he was able to take care of. Over all the property was super clean and spacious.

This place had everything our party of 4 kids and 4 adults could ask for. From the well-stocked kitchen, to the firewood for the pit out back, the games and books, to the beautiful welcome basket and cold water bottles that were waiting as we checked in after our long drive. There was plenty of room for everyone, enough space that it never felt crowded while also allowing for everyone to gather together. The dining room was perfect for board game nights, socializing and sit down dinners for the lot of us. In the evenings, the patio and deck areas were perfect for relaxing under the stars. The location was absolutely ideal; everything we needed was just a short drive away (including the beach) but the house itself was tucked away from any hustle and bustle. We truly cannot say enough good things about this place and it's host, who was quick to respond to any questions (including restaurant recommendations) and we hope to visit again the next time we're looking for a beach getaway!

While ideally we would have liked to be closer to beach, this property ended up working very well for us located a short ride to both beach destinations (Newport & GreenHill). Host did a great job conmmunicating and with little things to make this an enjoyable stay like a welcome gift, and basic beach equipment. Layout furnishings were clean and well kept.

It was a good stay, with no big complaints. Maybe I would’ve liked to get a heads up about the train tracks out back, but honestly, it wasn’t too annoying and didn’t happen late at night. Everything was clean and as advertised, and it was nice to have snacks waiting for us. Beds were firm, but not uncomfortable, and it worked out that my kids could have their own space in the basement. Would’ve also liked to have had TVs in the bedrooms because 2 TVs for 4 adults and 4 kids was tough for what we’re used to. All in all, it was good.
