Authentic Stone Villa In The Heart Of Split, Next To Diocletian's Palace

Great location. Ana was lovely to deal with. We had a group of six and we were all well accommodated. Will stay there again in future.

We loved this place - the location was great, the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and were really spacious and the host has everything you needed to enjoy your stay (including umbrellas which were very useful in October!)

This is a beautiful property; well-maintained, clean, and good flow. Equally important, our hostess was communicative and made everything easy. She was also kind enough to bring us beach towels and other essentials, upon request. Our family, which included 2 elderly persons, loved this residence. Highly recommend!

Very conveniently located close to town with many shops restaurants and culture we loved it. Lovely property nice to have outside space and Ana was super helpful arranging things for us.

We stayed for 9 nights, the whole experience was perfect! Ana contacted me a couple of weeks before our stay with lots of information of things to do, Wi-Fi password etc and even arranged our transfer from the airport.The villa is excellent and is equipped with everything you may need, even scales to weigh your luggage for the flight home. Super clean and modern. We stayed as a family, but it would also suit 3 couples sharing as each room has its own separate entrance, access to the kitchen and outdoor space.The location is perfect, minutes walk from the palace and harbour.

Beautiful Split property with lovely courtyard to escape to from the hustle and bustle outside. Three separate floors with spacious bedrooms and each with its own bathroom. We were three couples traveling together and this property was perfect. The kitchen is separate and right off the courtyard. It was clean and spacious and the hosts were easy to contact and addressed and concerns promptly and courteously. You could hear some noise from the street but we were so tired by the end of the day it never really bothered us. The location is perfect as it is with easy walking distance from shopping, markets, and the Riva.

We had 3 generations staying and we each had our own floor with ensuites. The communal outdoor eating area was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Ana was super communicative and provided helpful information. It was a lovely base from which to explore Split and surrounds.

It's all about location. Easy walk everywhere. Used to be 3 private rooms but rented whole. Kitchen in separate building. Only bad thing really was no indoor common area, outside patio is it.

This property is a gem in a perfect location! The villa is a little quirky. Three floors with a large bedroom with bath on each. The first floor has a bedroom and what must double as a living room. The kitchen is attached to the building and just outside the ground floor door. It’s all fine assuming you’ll spend most of the group time in the patio. It’s really lovely! But the BEST part is Ana the manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Much more than usual. And she offered and we wisely accepted her offer to make several dinner reservations. She was so attentive and great. Also if you’re going to want a tour of the Diocletian Palace, be sure to opt for a private tour. Otherwise you won’t know what you’re looking at. It’s really worth it.

Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.

The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the old town, shops and restaurants. It has its own parking space outside the house. The house itself was perfect for us, so much space and the terrace is just perfect to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The house has everything you need, if not more - in case you forget anything, there are little touches in case you need anything. The air con was available in all the bedrooms which was much needed. The host Ana was one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered, she was so friendly, responsive and had excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. She gave me some lovely recommendations and was so helpful with all the questions I had. They had left us some snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was also so thoughtful. I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. It was perfect and my kids did not want to leave! Without hesitation, I would rebook if we were to return to Split.

The property was just as advertised and provided all the historic charm one would hope for when visiting Split. It was a great setup for us traveling with our college son and his friends. Everyone had their own, standalone room (double-occupancy per unit) and bathroom while we all shared a functional kitchen and beautifully enclosed and private outdoor space. It is so close to the historic center of Split, yet on a quiet local street with the grocery a couple minutes down the hill. Ana was a wonderful host and kindly worked with us when our arrival time traveling from Dubrovnik had us at the property earlier than we originally anticipated. She was so gracious, and her team was as well. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. She provided great restaurant and site recommendations. One point of note, the ground floor unit does not have a standing, but only a handheld shower, understandable with the history of the structure and there is a step down into the toilet and tub area. Not a problem but should be noted if someone traveling has mobility limitations. We truly enjoyed our visit and loved having her historic gem of a home to come back to every evening after adventuring.
