Modern 2 room flat close to center and beach

We went here for a week. It was just a short stroll to the beach, which was nice. A stroll to old town Split was approximately 15 minutes. The airconditioning was pretty nice too and the host was very kind. Overall a great place to stay.

Apartment - The apartment was immaculately clean & well cared for and maintained, safe & secure. The bathroom is especially nice with decent water pressure & very modern. The convenience of having a washing machine is great. The apartment is spacious, light & airy and has all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday. We ate out every meal but if you wanted to, there are all the every day utensils, pots & pans to be able to cook a full meal with no problem. There are also plenty of towels provided. The location - I am a slow walker so it took us about 20 minutes to reach the old town. We got an uber back each time, which was only €5.50 (plus tip). It is very easy to get an uber is Split & we never had a wait of over 2 minutes. The apartment is located in a more residential area & away from the old town which is great if, like us, you want to escape the hustle & bustle, or if you rent a car. I would not like to try to park anywhere near the old town! We did not have any issues at all parking close to the property. We found it was not necessary to always go into the old town as there is a small supermarket only a minute away, a huge selection of coffee shops in the immediate area, a short walk to one of the small beaches & some good restaurants very nearby. We would especially recommend Konoba More. The host - Davor is so welcoming & has excellent communication from booking to checkout, he honestly could not have done a better job. I would not hesitate to book again

This apartment was perfect I cant fault it, Fully equipped kitchen, Very close to shops and a short walk to the sea front and old town split. The owner was very friendly and helpful, i would recommend this place to anyone. we will be looking into visiting again.
