AUGUST Opening, Fishermen, Couples, Families, Pool, Cabana Club

This property was outstanding. it was not over cluttered, it was very clean and had everything you needed. The host, Ms. Bette, was easy to contact and was always a text away. The pool, fish cleaning table, dock and outdoor area was super nice. If it had an outdoor kitchen set-up with a gazebo and/or shade and sink, it would be perfect! :):) The AC was great, however the master bedroom was a little warm, but with the ceiling fan and floor fan, it was fine. We will stay again, if it works out!

Great property that was clean and well stocked with supplies, wide and deep water canal less than 5 min from big water and 15 min boat ride to the ramp, great host that helped communicate expectations and planning tips that were actually helpful (not just fluff), good trailer parking, perfect size pool after every long day on the water, and walking distance to sunset point beach…. My son caught and ate snapper right off the dock daily. What more can you ask for? We’ve been to many VRBOs and this one is definitely on the short list for return visits! Cheers!

Our stay at this Key Colony Beach home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was exactly what a Florida Keys vacation should be.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well equipped. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax while still feeling warm and inviting. The waterfront location was incredible, and we spent countless hours enjoying the pool, watching the boats pass by, and taking in the beautiful Keys atmosphere.One of the things we loved most was the location. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible, yet the neighborhood itself was peaceful and relaxing. The dock access was a huge bonus, and the Cabana Club access made the experience even better.The host Bette was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it really showed.We've stayed at several vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of our favorites. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed waterfront home in Key Colony Beach, this is it. We made wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to book again.Highly recommended!

Out family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday in KCB. We found the home to be very comfortable with space to enjoy the lovely area.

Betty is easy to work with. Nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Everything you need is there for you to have a good time. We had a great time and recommend this place to all boaters who love the Keys!

We loved our stay so much we can't wait to return! The listing seriously does not do this home justice... it is beautiful and extremely clean and well appointed. Bette was a great host and super responsive via both email and text. At the home having 4 bedrooms with full size beds was a huge plus for a group of adult friends and the split floor plan allows for privacy for everyone. Common areas, outside deck and pool area are large enough for everyone to sit and enjoy time together. The new dock was awesome for our 27 boat and we loved the easy access to the ocean or the gulf. Cabana Club is a nice plus as well, although we ran out of time to do everything, we did stop by and would like to visit again in the future. Thank you to Bette for the hospitality... we will be back!

We were a mixture of adults and teen agers. One of our boats had mechanical porblems but we made the best of it and had a great time. Communications with Betty were quick and easy. Will definitely visit again.

From the moment I booked our stay to the finial good by. Bette house was great. Very clean beautiful home. Well maintained. This house was definitely big enough for my family and plenty of seating all around the house. The outside was set up perfectly with the clean pool and clean patio area, great hangout place. All though in the photos it shows more pace of the side yard for a trailer their was barely enough room for our trailer to be parked. Very minor issue considering they do have a boat ramp down the street for parking that you would have to pay for each day. Another thing that I would say needed some attention was the a/c the cooling of the house wasn’t as cool as we would like it to be. A/c had a lock on it so you could only turn it down to a certain point. But with how hot it is in the keys it made it seem warm in the house until night time. The water pressure in showers and kitchen skin were not all there but due able. But I would definitely have to say it was still a pleasant stay. Bette was on point answering any questions we may have had and making sure everything that didn’t work got fixed right away. We would definitely stay again. The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is so much bigger than it looks. The kitchen and living area are a great size. Out back is an amazing place to relax. Don't miss out on going to the Club to enjoy the pool, beach, and bar! It's a great perk that comes with the house. Key Colony is a wonderful place to stay in Marathon Key.
