Audubon Acres l pool table & outdoor dining

This property was not clean. The sheets in the bedroom were not changed and had stains on them. Most things were sticky in the kitchen. Hot water was issue some times. Overall not a good experience with this property.

Very nice home, the rooms are bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. We would come back here for Thanksgiving next year if it is available. I was very impressed that the host team door dashed us flash lights when the power went out due to high winds. It was a blessing and they were very proactive and helpful in our communications. The kitchen has basics for cooking, so if you need anything specific, bring it (for instance we only could find 1 mixing bowl and no medium size sauce pans).

We all enjoyed our time together at this large family home. We were in town for a wedding and al stayed together. We had kids ages 1-10 along with adults. The backyard was big and all fenced in. The beds were comfortable. The in-law suite was a nice added space for a more quiet retreat for the babies. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d stay again.

House was perfect for our group who was in the area for a wedding. Equipped with what we need, tons of space, and quiet nice area.

What a lovely home, and so many bedrooms. It was VERY quiet there. and the outdoor spaces were lovely. The property manager was fantastic at communication. Just a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our time together. There is a fair amount of deferred maintenence inside and out at this property.

A lovely home. Many spaces for our family to spread out. Kids could play games in one area and adults had plenty of room in another space. The pool table was a hit and got plenty of use. The fire pit was great in the evening and we so appreciated wood being available at the house. We had a few questions and my emails were answered quickly. Kitchen had ample dishes, glassware, crockpots and cooking pots and pans. Just a note that the bedroom with queen and 2 twins is actually in the guest house that has a separate outside entrance so it wasn’t ideal to have kids alone. There is a blow up Mattress and a foldout couch in the lower level next to one of the other bedrooms of the house that worked for our 4 grandkids to share. It was a perfect space for our family ranging in age from 9 - 72.Check in was easy. We didn’t get checkout requirements til late the night before we left but general rules were similar to most of our stays.

I liked that they were pretty hands-off and just let us enjoy the property. Everything was stocked, everything was clean. Great experience.

The property was very nice and spacious, it did need better upkeep. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Our family had a great time.

Beautiful home and property.Plenty of room to spread out if you want quiet time and areas that can accommodate a large group.

The group enjoyed the space, location of the home, fire pit, and the kitchen. The closets were locked so we hung clothes outside the door given provided hooks.

Property was large and comfortable. Fit our entire wedding party, and was 3 minutes from our venue. Property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. Lots of sleeping space.

We had a group of 12, there was plenty of room for everyone. Host was very responsive.

This property was attractive, had plenty of places for our extended family to sleep and to be off on their own when they needed to.

Our family gathered for a surprise weekend to celebrate Grandma’s 70th birthday. The property is spacious with lots to explore and everything you could need. We had an unforgettableweekend hanging at the house together, visiting a local orchard, the beach and downtown. The host is great. Check-in and Check-out were easy .

We loved this place! It was comfortable, clean and on a beautiful wooded lot. This was a great place for us to get together with friends. It would also be great for family reunions. Plenty of space and it is supplied well. We hope to use this location again some day. The host always communicates within the hour before and during our stay. Great service all around!

Open concept home with beautiful kitchen and large eating area. Nice large outdoor patio with fireplace.

We were in your area for a funeral, stayed at your VRBO. The location was great (funeral in St Joseph, MI). The cleanliness of your property was OK. There were red (? BLOOD) stain on the door frame inside of the bathroom of the room we stayed in. The house had a musty smell the entire time we were there. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had adequate utensils for our purpose. Very nice to have enough bathrooms for our group. It was adequate for what we needed it for, as we spent most of our time loving on this family who is grieving. Cleanliness was 3/5 stars.

Great!!!!

We had a group of 10 in town for our daughters wedding at 12 Corners Vineyard. The home was perfectly laid out giving everyone their own space. Although we weren't there too much, the grounds were beautiful, everything was very clean and would 10/10 stay again.

Everybody loved it. There was tons of space. We’d do it again!!!

There was 7 of us ladies on our 5th annual family wine trip and this was the perfect house for us. It was beyond my expectations. We will be staying here in the future. Highly recommend.
