Atwoods Cottage & Carriage House - Gulf Front, Fully Renovated in 2024, Bikes

House was large with a great porch overlooking the gulf. Hadn’t realized there was also a studio over the garage. It gave us a quiet and private escape from the kids in the main house. Everything one could need was there, including plenty of towels. The few times I had questions Carey responded quickly and was very friendly. Very convenient to restaurants. Didn’t really even need a car. Being almost right on the white sand beach was fabulous. The view was amazing and the water was delightful.

The home at 30A beach offers an incredible view from the second floor, truly breathtaking and perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery. However, it was a bit disappointing that none of the bedrooms shared that same view. There were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the management company was very responsive and quick to address them, which we appreciated. Direct beach access right next to the house was a major highlight and made our stay overall enjoyable. That said, the second bedroom on the third-level area with the AC unit were less comfortable. The bathroom there was awkwardly designed and had a leak, which took away from the experience.Overall, this property has great potential with its location and views, but it could use some design improvements and a bit more upkeep to make it a perfect beach getaway.

It was right on the beach and close to a cute kids park. It is within walking distance to anything in Rosemary Beaxh. We will definitely be back!! Book it- you will not regret it.

Reviewer Comments: 30A Property Management continues to set a very high standard for vacation stays in the area with customer service and attention to detail that are unmatched as they extend all efforts to ensure an incredible stay. Having vacationed in several homes in the area, we were disappointed with our stay in this particular property. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable - requiring a move to another bedroom mid-stay to alleviate soreness (thankfully one was available this trip). In addition, there was no bathroom on the living space floor. With every bathroom located only in individual bedrooms on other floors - privacy and convenience were considerable issues.

Reviewer Comments: Over all it was very nice, spacious, Perfect location, and not over crowded!2 issues, 1 being that the you couldn’t get the blinds to come down in the first bedroom. That’s not ideal with a child I didn’t feel safe allowing him to sleep in there alone. 2nd issue was the key card to the pool never seemed to work the entire trip. It was super embracing having people let us in there. Overall wish we didn’t have to leave early due to unforeseen hurricane in our home town.

The view cannot be beat and it was so nice to have a very short walk to the water! The property managers were very responsive and friendly! We are so grateful for our time in this home!
