Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the moment we booked with Lilliana we new this was going to be a wonderful experience! The home is located on the water with a beautiful water view and relaxing gardens. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck everyday! The beds were comfy and the kitchen fully equipped! Bikes, canoes and a private dock all come with the home. Lilliana was also very helpful in giving us recommendations on places to eat and visit. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lilliana's guest house is a very pleasant, spacious, comfortable home. It was unusually hot and humid the week we were there so we were very grateful for the AC units upstairs and downstairs. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of original artwork and soothing colors. The beds and furniture were in great shape and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and had newer appliances. Her property is unique and lends itself to quiet strolls enjoying and observing nature, perfect for birdwatching, reading in the hammock, or children who just need to run around and explore. Although none of the 4 of us kayak, I imagine the bay would be a kayaker's dream, beautiful and calm with lots of areas to explore. We got to see clam diggers off-shore at low tide and my daughters and I got to see a bald eagle high in the tree above the dock. What a treat! Lilliana was delightful, always available for questions including recommendations for good places to eat. We highly recommend going to the Dolphin Marina and Restaurant in nearby Harpswell if you'd like a delicious dinner with a view! Get there early for dinner and enjoy at drink on the deck while you wait for a table. Spectacular sunsets, delicious food and great service! Lilliana's home is also a short country drive thru the woods and rolling fields to the college town of Brunswick and Boothbay Harbor makes a perfect day trip! Enjoy: )

Stayed Dec 31, 19693 generations of my family stayed in Lillianna's lovely, comfortable, well-appointed home home for 5 days during the celebration of our son's wedding on nearby Birch Island. Lilliana was generous, gracious and accommodating. We all loved the huge lawn and the dock area in Middle Bay where we swam everyday, including a magical swim with 5 seals on the last day. Thanks Lilliana!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A great waterfront home with stunning views out over Middle Bay and the forests beyond, in a great location for exploring coastal Maine, and for travelling further inland. Lilliana's house is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs providing ample space for our two teenagers to sprawl around, cozy bedrooms, smart bathrooms, well appointed kitchen ( fab BBQ on the deck), lovely gardens and a great jetty for canoeing. Lilliana provides bikes and canoes to enjoy the surroundings and couldn't have been more helpful with advice about local attractions, bike routes and places of interest; We even managed a trip to L L Bean one day, a real eye opener! Lilliana's house is real getaway from it all location, yet only 5 mins from Brunswick for groceries, you can watch the wildlife and chill out on the deck, the best place we stayed in New England on out 2 week trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was much nicer than expected...not a cottage but a beautiful, year- round home with 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA, beautifully appointed with gorgeous artwork and furniture. Gardens galore with impeccable landscaping right down the water to the most serene setting with hammocks, chairs, fire pit...perfect spot. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation in paradise, this is for you. Bring your camera! Lilliana is an AWESOME lady, who was so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more! Will recommend this to friends, for sure...also, close drive to the LL Bean and other great stores for a little retail therapy! ?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family (2 adults, and 2 kids (10 and 11) spent a wonderful week here. As others have said, the house is comfortable, roomy, and well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. After just a couple of days, we realized that a week wasn't going to be enough. Lilliana is a gracious host, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, and the location cannot be beat. The house is on the coast, down a country road, but just 10 minutes from downtown Brunswick and an easy drive to numerous mid-coast attractions. We never got to take advantage of the kayaks and canoes, but will on our next visit. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of 8 stayed herenfor a combindped vacation and local wedding. We had 4 adults, two 20 yr olds, and 2 toddlers. The house, grounds and area were such that everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and our visit was a joy. The site is quiet and private, yet just a few minutes drive from Brunswick and Harpswell and central to many of the area tourist spots and scenic areas Freeport, Booth Bay, etc.). The house is well equipped for cooking, with all the necessary gear and lots of room. There are 3 bedrooms which are arranged to give lots of privacy and quiet even with a mix of toddlers, young adults and parents. The grounds have everything from beautiful gardens, to hammocks for relaxation, to a fire pit and a pier with canoe and kayaks - truly something for everyone. Everything was well maintained and trouble free. In would highly need on mend this property for your stay in the Brunswick area, with its many excellent restaurants and shops, and we hope to get back here ourselves someday soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I think it is important to let you know how comfortable we were and how appreciative we were of your renting us your house. The bedrooms and beds took care of 8 of us with ease. One of the most interesting facts was the size of the kitchen. Four of us could work there with ease and did often. We had breakfast every morning plus either lunch or supper each day. We are a first-class testimonial to the comfort in your house. The heat was special, the feeling of light and airy was exceptional and all of your decorations were much appreciated. Thank you for being so kind to some wandering Texans.
