Our multi-family reunion - 6 adults and 7 children - had an amazing time. The view is spectacular from every West facing window, 3 decks, and 2 docks. The pool was perfect for windy days and afternoons after the beach. The kitchen is well appointed, the oversized washer and dryer handled all laundry, and the furnishings throughout the property are high-quality; all leading to a feeling of home vs. rental. HIGHLY recommend this property to large parties (we even had a master with king and a loft with queen go unused!)!

The reviews are correct - this really is a lovely, lovely home. Spacious, bright, up to date, very clean, well stocked! Very comfortable! We also had a very large party ranging from the very young to boomers, and the house accommodated everyone really well. The pool and the water views were beautiful. The only thing that would have made it more perfect is if it were a tad closer to the beach. It’s a bit of a hike, especially if you carrying gear and in the summer heat. But doable. But I’ve rented a lot of summer houses and this is the nicest one yet.

We loved every second in this home. It was easy to love - a well-outfitted kitchen, shaded deck by the pool, enough common space for everyone to be together, but able to have separate conversations. Plus, king sized beds and lots of bathrooms. The outdoor showers were incredible! Stop looking and book Sunsets & Serenity!

After a long day of travel, my immediate family of four was the first to arrive at the house. (There would be 14 all together on this visit!) We let ourselves in and walked up the stairs and, literally, all four of us stopped in our tracks, looking out the windows in awe. The view was SO PRETTY. AND, there was soft music playing AND fresh cut flowers from the yard in a jar AND a bottle of sparkling wine on the counter. I assume this was courtesy of the owner who, I learned from a sweet neighbor, often stays nearby! A few others have said it but it's true...the photos do not truly capture the beauty of this home. The pool is bigger than it looks in the listing and the deck area was the perfect place to hang out! Lots of seating in and out of the sun. They also have supplies and floats and patio umbrellas and all the things we needed to make it awesome! We brought a SUP and kept it ready to go at one of the docks and gliding around the bay at sunset was a little slice of heaven! If you don't have a kayak or SUP, do yourself a favor and rent one so you can experience it. We also enjoyed a daily visit from a heron AND had a bald eagle fly over multiple times. A warning...the bugs are fierce at night so use a good spray or you'll get eaten alive. We figure it's because this deck is right over the water and the first night we had all the lights on which was like calling mosquitos to a feast. We learned our lesson and were able to keep future bites to a minimum. We LOVED the house for the outside amenities. BUT, I'm not finished gushing...the decor IN the house is gorgeous and obviously chosen with care and love by the owners. And so. much. space! Even with all of us in the kitchen/living area, it was not crowded. The bedrooms were well-appointed. (Side note: there is a private loft area that has a bed in it. I don't think it counts as a bedroom but we had someone who decided to sleep up there. There are no blinds on the windows so the morning sun was bright. If you decide to use it as a bedroom, bring an eye mask!) Because we had a big group, we had decided to cook most of our meals at home so we could avoid long waits at restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and also has a fabulous pantry to store all the food we brought. We did have a couple of fairly minor issues...an empty gas container for the (really nice!) grill which we ended up having to replace on our own dime because dinner was ready to cook. We also had ants, which is not surprising in the heat of summer, but we did not have great communication with Vacasa regarding these issues. HOWEVER we had a fantastic vacation and loved Sandbridge and we would absolutely stay here again! THANK YOU to the owners for sharing their spectacular home!

Even though it rained most of the week sunsets and serenity house was fantastic to be stuck indoors in. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around and talk. The kitchen provided every tool for different food prep and great memories made making food together. The deck was so peaceful being right on the bay. The house was clean, beautiful and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
