Description

This lovely duplex townhouse property is located on Vila Castelo resort which is mere 3mins walk from Praia Grande beach and about 5-7mins walk from the quaint Ferragudo town centre. There are views from the terrace/balcony towards the sea and Portimao Marina and town.
The property is on two levels: the main entrance level is an open plan with fully fitted modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas opening to a balcony with a light colour scheme throughout and plenty of natural light. Thereis also a separate WC with a toilet and a sink next to the kitchen.
The two bedrooms en-suite (double and a twin) are located downstairs from the main entrance level and both have access to private courtyards with chairs and sofas for relaxation away from the sun.
Both en-suite bathrooms have shower units and they were completely refurbished in February 2025 including Sonos music speakers!
The property is fully air-conditioned and has fibre-optic fast wifi and a smart TV with some foreign channels (guests can also log-in, for example, with their own Netflix account).
The resort has a shared pool with sun beds and sun brollies.

Impressive and spacious apartment/townhouse situated about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Very clean and well appointed. All facilities working well May not be suitable for someone with walking difficulties as there are quite a few steps to negotiate getting to the property. The shower in the back bedroom is rather compact . Overall however a great apartment.
