Stayed Aug 28, 2025Great stay. We had fun. Los to do, lots of bedrooms. We went on a holiday weekend and the pool and lagoon were crazy busy. I recommend going on quieter days. Couldn't even find chairs. Unit had everything we needed. Refrigerator water and ice didn't work and they tried to fix it. That was frustrating. I recommend renting the golf cart. Well worth it.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We had our family there to celebrate We used the lagoon pickle ball courts and the spa. It was wonderful. The golf cart helped us get the great grandparents around. We bbq a lot and just relaxed. The air hockey didn’t work and there was a piece mussing from the chess set bit we really didn’t miss that We loved that everyone was together it was a beautiful home

Stayed May 19, 2025This house was perfect for all our needs and it was so nice that each room pretty much had its own bathroom which is always a problem with big groups. We all loved staying here and are thinking about doing it yearly!

Stayed Dec 18, 2024Every year we do a stay around the holidays. This year with the Attitude Adjustment Retreat, we had one of the best vacations! The lagoon was freezing (which we expected, it’s December) but the pool was heated, the hot tub was nice, and the spa was incredible! Every room had its own bathroom, with 2 rooms downstairs which was perfect since we had someone break their leg a week before we left and they were still able to come. The patio was nice, with the hot tub and fire next to each other. Overall an amazing property with great amenities.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Our family stayed at the property for 4 days and had a great time. The house was very clean and had ample space for a large family. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and had a great pantry to store our groceries. We loved the hot tub and the golf cart. The reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because the e-bikes were not charged and after we charged them we could not turn them on. I was not sure if the bikes were broken or it was user error. I also thrown by the labelling in all of the kitchen drawers and cabinets. I was concerned that I would place a plate or bowl in the wrong place and would be charged for the missing item. I also did not like that there was only one soap bar in some of the bathrooms. I think that each bathroom should have a bar of soap for both the sink and the shower. In addition, there were no cleaning supplies in the house. I needed some kitchen spray to clean the counters after I placed raw meat on the counter top. There was no spray to wipe down the counter. I did not want to buy cleaning products for a three night stay. Overall, the home was nice but was missing some essential items that you would expect when staying in a rental.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024I'm not a frequent VRBO renter, so I don't have much to compare to. The place was clean, matched the photos and description, and pretty well stocked. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the air hockey table, kayak, paddle boards, and golf cart were nice surprises, and frequently used by our group.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024We went as a group of senior softball player, 60's and over and the house was beautiful. All the room were very nice and all had private bathroom. We had 16 folks in our party and 6 were couples and we all had plenty of room. Personal hottub was great and the lagoon area amazing. Will recommend this property and definitely use again. Appreciate the attention from the management company and keeping us informed.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We had a great time staying at Desert Color. The townhome was so nice and large enough to accommodate our big group of kids and grandkids. The bunk rooms were darling and my grandkids loved sleeping together with all their cousins. The place came with all sorts of extras - paddle boards, e-bikes, and a golf cart to get around in. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed! Loved staying there and would definitely rent again!

Stayed Jul 28, 2023We stayed at this property for a couple of days with my parents, & brother & sister and families- 16 of us. We absolutely loved the lagoon and we were close by everywhere we needed to be in St. George. Loved how each room had a bathroom, and everything we needed to make some pasta and a salad was in the kitchen. There is a sofa and tv upstairs where the teenagers congregated and one downstairs in the living room where adults hung out. I didn’t look carefully but it looked like most of the bedrooms had their own t.v. There isn’t parking in the garage because it is full of paddleboards, bikes, and a golf cart type vehicle you can use, but there is at least room for two vehicles in the driveway and the unit is right next to a parking lot with plenty of parking space as well. The one recommendation I have that should be remedied ASAP is curtains or a shade for the bathroom in the first bunk room upstairs. The bathroom has no curtain on the window and is directly across from the neighbor’s window so they can see you shower and use the toilet.
