Stayed Feb 4, 2024The property and it's location were wonderful. We enjoyed it so much last year, we are coming back in 2025. The split bedroom floor plan worked well for our adult group. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the front porch.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Wonderful stay - accommodations perfect. Enjoyed our coffee times on the front porch morning and evening watching birds, dolphins, frogs, and other wildlife. Enjoyed exploring Rockport and Port Aransas. Great stay!

Stayed Jan 1, 2024I grew up in Rockport and was back for a visit with family. This was a great place to stay. Loved drinking coffee on the porch in the morning and and an adult beverage at night. The only criticism I could give would be they had way more items for us to use than was listed, so that’s not a bad thing.
