☀️Atlantic Views- Beautiful 8BR Home with Private Pool and Hot Tub!☀️

This listing is a dishonest scam. The washer and dryer did not work. I was told two days before we left. Washers and dryers don’t break at the same time. I was told we would get a refund of the very necessary “ amenity” in the beginning. She never gave a direct answer. I asked, again the day we left; she said she would confirm the next day. She didn’t. I’ve contacted her twice today and she has now ghosted me. There was a mountain of trash(picture), stinking dirty used wet mop heads in a bucket in one of my elderly aunts bedroom closet(picture). The pool and jacuzzi was filthy, I do t think the outside banisters will be up for long, the fences were broken. Dilapidated is a word I’d use for the outside upkeep. We drove to the laundry mat multiple times, since it’s a family sized house for families, and spent many hours of our vacation washing clothes. I’ve never felt so shamelessly ripped off. Check out the cobwebs on the light fixtures and see if they’re still there. I’ll leave pictures. The person took a tone when I asked if they had another similar property. She gave me the, “AS I SAID” attitude about compensating for the missing “amenities”. She didn’t and stopped communicating. A washer and dryer for a family that big is not an amenity. It’s a necessity. Surprised there was even a water heater or running water for that matter. I’ve never left a negative scathing review before. I really hope the next people that stay there have better luck

Check in was great and kitchen was great although could have used another refrigerator somewhere in the house

Our family enjoyed staying at this house and the inside was clean and stocked well. However there is only one hairdryer for the 5 bathrooms. Inside the house we had a problem with ants in the kitchen on the counters. Outside the house and pool area needs to be cleaned up. There were a lot of mosquitoes specially the sides and pool area. There were lots of cracked and broken chairs around the pool which is a real hazard. Trash on the side of the house and wasp nest under back steps. Rusty metal pieces laying on the concrete around hot tub where the top had been changed out and dangerous. Could be stepped on and cause harm. One of the downstairs sliding glass doors is missing an outside handle also. The dryer sounds like it's scraping when used. I'm sending pictures of outside issues. You can contact me is anything else is needed let me know. We would probably stay here again but needs some outside cleaning and maintenance addressed

I agree with another reviewer that the pool and hot tub left much to be desired. It was also one of the main reasons we stayed and were disappointed at how dirty it, and the deck, were. The neighbor next door appears to be growing a mosquito sanctuary with a koi pod that is no longer working. We couldn’t be outside after dusk due to horrendous mosquito bites we encountered the first night. The deck and stairs were also incredibly old and should be replaced. The master bathroom shower also didn’t really work. Overall the layout of the house is great, it just needs to be updated and the giant spider nest and Yellowjacket nest from the front of the house removed. The management company couldn’t have been easier to work with and promptly addressed all of our concerns, from air filters with 1” thick of dust to inadequate pillows and towels.

The house was the perfect set up for multifamily vacation. Bedrooms were spaced out enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Having a pool was great for the little kids and it was just a short walk to the beach. Any concerns were addressed right away by the property manager. We will definitely be back.

Place was great! Our family very much enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. Walking distance to the beach. Area was great too. Lots of parking for large families. House was very clean & amenities were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed staying at this house. Everyone had a place to lay their head. We found everything we needed and then some. It was nice not having to lug all of our beach items. The owners have a nice selection of beach stuff in garage. The main issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were so many dried, dead leaves and debris everywhere, which caused the pool and surrounding areas to be super dirty. I did sweep for quite a while the first day we were there. As much as we spent on renting this place I feel like we got shafted on the pool/hot tub experience. It was the main highlight of why we chose this house. After mentioning the dirtiness of the pool area someone was sent out 2 days later to vacuum pool. Nothing was ever done about the dirtiness of the pool area and low water levels. We had to somewhat fix those issues our self. Overall everyone had a nice time but I feel a better job could have been done on the cleanliness of the outdoor areas.
