Stayed Apr 16, 2026This was a great townhouse on the west side of Athens for our visit our OU kiddo. Easy check-in and communication with our host, and the home was very clean and well-stocked for our stay. Primary bedroom mattress was really squishy (making it difficult for the 2 of us to sleep there), but our family in the other 2 bedrooms slept well. I would recommend this property for family coming in to Athens to visit their kids.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024Very nice location, well maintained property. Our family stayed here for our daughter's graduation of her master's program. It was great to have a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place to stay. Everything was perfectly stocked and very clean. Highly recommend. We will return.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024From the time we opened the door, the property did not disappoint. The home was spotless, cozy, nicely furnished and decorated. When I reached out to Mitchell about what supplies I needed to bring, soap, detergent, coffee, etc. he said, “no worries, we supply a little bit of every thing you could need.” He was NOT kidding! Thank you for your again for your hospitality! It was a delight! Will definitely book again when we visit our son at OU. 😄
