There is an elegant gated entrance leading to the front yard oasis with multi-level fountains and professional landscape lighting. The heart of the backyard is the heated pool and spa and two great gathering spots - an outdoor living room with huge TV and fireplace and also an indoor/outdoor bar, dining table and built-in BBQ. For added fun there are deck jets into the pool and there is also a grassy area.

Step inside to discover an open living area filled with all-new designer furniture and abundant natural light. The window wall of the chef's kitchen frames Camelback Mountain beautifully and a generous island is the central gathering area. For added luxury, there is a separate casita with an indoor/outdoor bar - the perfect poolside entertaining space. Stay active in the gym space with Tonal full body digital workout center, Peloton Tread, Peloton Bike, free weights, yoga mats and kettle bells.

There are 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms have King beds, walk-in closets, HDTV Smart TVs and luxurious Four Seasons bedding. There are 5 full spa-style bathrooms including one with a steam shower adjacent to the pool (one bath is shared between two bedrooms as a jack n' jill set up while the rest are all private bathrooms). Hair dryers may be found in each bathroom along with bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, and a starter set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed an idyllic and luxurious long weekend at this beautiful home!!! The setting is very private and estate like. The grounds with lots of mature landscaping and fountains create a real sense of serenity. The casita next to the pool is very nice. It provides the perfect place from which to create and serve margaritas ; and to manage outdoor cooking and entertaining.The furnishings inside and outside are lovely and professionally done. This property provides all the amenities of home and then some. The beds are super comfortable and fitted with Four Seasons bedding. The kitchen is amazing where a favorite feature is the Jura coffee, espresso and much more machine!!We highly recommend a visit to this special property.
