Artists Downtown Garden Haven - Walk to Pearl Street Mall and hiking

This downstairs apartment has an excellent location! We were within walking distance of great trails, Pearl Street, and parking was very easy! A few downsides is that you can really hear the people upstairs walking around, which started early in the morning and went late. The rugs could also use some cleaning or replacement. Overall, our stay was good for a long weekend in Boulder.

Location, location, location ! And it was a lovely, quiet place to stay.

This apartment was very cute. The kitchen was adorable, and the backyard was lovely. We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. The apartment overall was very dark if you are someone who needs a lot of natural light. Even the lighting in the apartment was very dim. The bedrooms did not feel very homey/comfortable, more of a sterile vibe. The heated floors were wonderful in those chilly mornings. There is a private parking space large enough for one car.

Such a lovely place. Beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown and the mountains. Host is the best! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Overall this place was great and felt like a steal. PROS Perfect location in a gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to Pearl St and various trailheads, bike paths, etc. Private back yard garden with chirping birds and blooming flowers Private driveway/parking space Nicely decorated interior, very comfy and cozy CONS Not a ton of natural light beyond the kitchen Kitchen could be more well-stocked with pots, pans, cooking implements/staples (however host was very responsive and ordered us a set of kitchen knives when we couldn't find any in the unit)

The house was gorgeous and a really nice size. It looked just like the pictures! It was walking distance to Pearl Street and was a lovely place to stay for a month.

Lovely and comfortable apartment right near trails, shops and restaurants. Perfect location, and the apartment was delightful! My favorite feature was the heated tile floors (yum!).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place is just as cute as it is in pictures. I absolutely loved cooking with the French doors open and enjoying my coffee in the beautiful garden every morning. Close to trails and Pearl st
