Artful Style, Lots of Light, Oceanview Great Room, Hot Tub and Dog Friendly!

The host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The location did NOT disappoint! The late checkout (11:00am vs 10:00am) was pricey, but otherwise the stay was fantastic.

House was nice and location was good. The two issues we had was the main couch was really stained and we felt we needed to put blankets down to sit. I mean bad.Also we specifically got a place with a hot tub, but found the water to be green in color and have a bad smell. Felt like we should skip it. But at 300 a night it was a big disappointment.

My family all met in Manzanita for the weekend to surf and boogie board. It was raining but we had a great time! The house was perfect.

This was one of the nicest places I've ever rented. The kitchen was super well stocked. The beds were comfy. The game closet, DVDs, and x-box kept the kids entertained. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean and great location

Loved how close this place was to the beach and town. It felt calm and peaceful and just at quick 5 min walk down to the beach, and then a short 20 min walk down the beach to downtown manzanita. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The kitchen is wonderfully large and well supplied. There's alot of natural light upstairs. The ocean is visible and audible from the upstairs windows. Its a short walk down to the beach. There's good space for a number of people. Cons: The primary issue we had here was that when we arrived the property had very obviously not been cleaned. Kitchen counters were dirty, and there dirty dishes as well as items left by the previous guests in the sink. All the beds had obviously not been stripped, changed, or cleaned. It was like somebody had just gotten out of bed and left them a mess. There was a pile of dirty towels in the laundry room. The couch was in disarray, with pillows thrown all over the place. And one of the toilets had obviously not been cleaned (ie remnants of poop and splatter in the bowl.) We arrived late in the evening and just wanted to settle in for the weekend, so we did not contact the management and instead got to work on disinfecting and doing laundry ourselves. We did let management know about all this on our last day and sent pictures. We asked for a refund on our cleaning fees, as we had to do the work of cleaning the property ourselves. That was nearly a month ago, and every time we inquire with management about our refund they say they are still investigating. It feels like they're just hoping we will forget about it.

It's not often that a listing is better than expected but this lovely spot fits the bill. The place was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and seasonings. It's not a far walk from the beach and it's a quick drive into Manzanita. Would definitely recommend!

Kitchen is well equipped for family dinners. Dog friendly and a short walk away from the beach. We hope to return soon.

This is a very dog friendly place, well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to beach and town. Always a pleasure to be in this area.

The house nice, but not kept up as should. There were cobwebs and dead bugs on the ceiling that we had to clean. The outside needs a good cleaning also! Lots of cobwebs in the window and the back yard needs some work. The dishwasher top rack was broken which made it hard to load dishes.

Such a joyful, roomy place! Great deck and fully equipped kitchen. So dog friendly! Beds were comfy and house was very clean. Thank you!

Nice lovely place but the ground floor large bed and bath have mold... We found it on our last night after smelling something damp. I have picture... It should really be dealt with because it is not healthy
