The house is lovely and well-equipped with things you might need during your stay. The upstairs bed was very comfortable (it was just two of us, so we didn't use any others). My only critique was that the air freshener scent was so overwhelming that it gave me a headache - unplugging it for the duration of our stay helped some, but it was pretty extreme. Also, we saw no outside trash bins where we could dispose of our pet waste bags (or empty the kitchen trash when we checked out), so that would be helpful to have access to.

They did a great job decorating this older house. Very well stocked with necessities.Good communication with the manager. We had some questions and they responded promptly. There was gum inside the washing machine so we couldn’t do laundry. Notified manager that we didn’t cause this. I am really concerned about the subfloor in the kitchen/dining area. It looks like there might have been water damage and the floor has some give to it when you walk. Hot upstairs but it cooled off enough for me to sleep there. The family stayed downstairs. Great location, though it was a little further away from downtown than I thought. Our little Daschund wasn’t fond of all the rocks in the yard. The front steps could be made a little safer. A handrail would help.

Overall very pleased with the house. It is a great location in the center of the city. There were some issues of the place. The upstairs was pretty dusty and my allergies got the best of me. Ended up cleaning up there myself and it helped a lot. Trashbags from the previous tenants were left outside due to the house not having city trashcans. Spent a couple of days trying to get the managers of the house to come pick them up. Other than that everything was great.

Visited this weekend to see our daughter. Great property, location was great. Only issue was the internet and TV in family room was not working. Staff tried to help, but super inconvenient since we both had to work and spend over an hour of our time trying to figure it out. Overall great stay.

The house was clean, the neighborhood felt safe, and neighbors were quiet. Beds were comfortable. The house is close to downtown, and centrally located. Our stay was very nice.

Overall, this is a very cute house. Nice decor and amenities. A few things here and there (no grass on the property, a little hard for my dog and the front wooden steps are a little shaky). The location is good, somewhat close to downtown and events. However, one big issue needs to be addressed for health and safety. One of the bedrooms is the upstairs attic. In Grand Junction, in the summer, it can get dangerously hot up there. There is only one little window A/C unit in the closet which cannot compete with the heat. It got to 90 degrees when we were there and was very uncomfortable and not possible to sleep in. Luckily we only had 4 people so could move to the downstairs bedroom with a trundle/day bed, but it's definitely worth noting for property management and/or if you come in the summer with 6 people and all the beds are full -- the heat up there could cause severe issues for people. Additionally, the ice maker in the freezer didn't work and the fan on the back deck didn't work either. Lastly, I reached out to property management several times (via text, email, and VRBO) with check-in questions and they never replied.
