Artful Oasis w/Heated Pool & Spa, Steps to FQ

Excellent location, incredibly comfy beds, lovely backyard, hot tub/pool - excellent kitchen if you like to cook and entertain. I will be back without a doubt. It was perfect in every way.

Loved the home. The table was perfect for us playing board games. We lived the hot tub and heated pool! Excellent location!

This house was perfect for our 8 people. It was close enough to walk to the quarter, but just far enough to feel residential & quiet. The house itself was both charming & spaciousI loved the New Orleans decor and the openness of the living, dining & kitchen areas. There was plenty of everything we needed and Devin was very kind & helpful to us about things we needed & things we couldn’t figure out. I especially loved his detailed check-in & checkout instructions, as well as several printed aids in the house. I would LOVE to stay there again and 7 other family members echo that sentiment!

This place was amazing. It's in a nice quiet spot, but still close to all the action. The pool and hot tub were a great way to rest my feet after all the walking. The beds were really comfortable too. This place was the icing on the cake that was a fantastic time in New Orleans.

Excellent accommodations to the point I wanted to stay longer but couldnt due to it bring booked.

Fantasy location; close to both Frenchmen St , French Quarter and trollies- Private parking ( for 2 cars - we truly enjoyed ourselves

Check in was easy. House was spacious and well kept. Wifi worked perfectly and the secure lock up for the car next to the house was really convenient and secure. It was quiet and the pool was lovely in the NOLA heat. Had a super stay and close to restaurants and the French quarter. Also appreciated that every bedroom had a tv for all to be content.

10 of us stayed for a 40th bday celebration and this place was perfect. Beautiful, loads of character, walking distance to everything we wanted but on a quiet street just removed from the action for peaceful pool time and good nights sleep. Fully stocked kitchen! Laundry on site. Super responsive and supportive hosts. Would 10/10 stay there again. Thank you!

This was the absolute perfect place to stay in New Orleans. Smack dab in the middle of Marigny, you could literally walk anywhere. The best restaurants, music, art, etc were all a short walk away. And to us, that was one of the best parts of the experience. The house was perfectly suited for a large group. There were plenty of bathrooms (and even hair dryers at every sink, which was a plus for a group of girls!) The beds were cozy. The backyard was fun with the pool and hot tub. We really couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The host was so attentive to every little detail. If there was anything wrong, he was literally there within the hour to make sure it was fixed for us. I'm not used to such hospitality like that. It was very refreshing to have a host who actually seemed like they cared about you and your experience there. For that, this is a 10 out of 10! If you are deciding between places, I can promise this place is THE ONE!

We visited NOLA for a family wedding. I wanted a place near the french quarter but also needed a single story for my older parents. This fit the bill perfectly. So much room to enjoy with the 5 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Very clean with nice amenities like the bedding, towels, and especially the nespresso machine! The gated parking was also a plus. My husband and I walked to the french quarter and around the neighborhood in the evenings. Also to Robert's grocery, perfect for food, snacks and a nice beer and wine selection. We enjoyed the back patio, pool and spa for a relaxing place in the evenings. Would stay again and hopefully can plan to soon with friends. Easy checkin and checkout. A real gem!

The place was beautiful, felt super clean, and we had a lovely stay. Devin was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us when we needed!
