Arizona Cozy Retreat in a 55 + community

Everyone was very nice in the immediate neighborhood. All the accommodations were in excellent shape and quality. The location was outstanding for my needs.

Went in Aug which is no time to visit but needed to help a parent transition home from hospital. This was conveniently located Two miles away. It's very dated but with most essentials. It was dirty upon arrival, dirt toilet with cockroach floating in it and another in the sink on the first morning. Your asked to replace toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap or any other simple conveniences. You must also wash towels and bedding. There is a tobacco issue and the smoke from the neighbors filters through a shared air conditioner or so that seemed the case. Lock box to enter and depart is a pain and takes some extra time. The pool and hot tub we're pleasant. It could really benefit to have housekeeping come after visiting each time to spruce it up and free up the visitor from chores. No, I wouldn't stay again but I appreciated the location.

Renee was very good with being communicative and friendly. The place has everything that you need for essentials and then some. Right near a grocery store and the freeway. Plenty of parking and grills nearby. I would stay again if I come to travel in Southern Arizona.

Great little studio+ casita for a great price. Comfortable bed, large recliner. Sufficiently stocked kitchen. Could use a few upgrades in furniture, but it was fine for the price. Way cheaper than a hotel and all the amenities of home. Excellent communication with management! I’ll book again

Overall worked for my trip. The unit smelled of smoke and ruined several of my items. I do wish I knew it smelled of smoke prior to booking.

We had stayed here two years ago and really enjoyed it. We were visiting my wife's father at the time. This is very close to the stores (grocery, pharmacy, McDonald's, health care). One bedroom with King bed, bathroom with tub and shower, nice small kitchen with table for four and a living room with two padded chairs that rocked and a couch. Just the right size for two adults. Very clean! This time we stayed due to the death of my wife's father. I was close to all needed contact in Green Valley and with 20 - 25 minutes of contacts in Tuson.

No complaints about the place besides the odd smell. Aired out easy. My issue is the neighbors. The put a fake snake out under a bush when I was moving in. It was 11 pm after a 10 hour drive. The neighbor video taped me noticing and acting scared of the snake, then showed it to his friends. Not cool at all!!!
