Arinya Retreat Daylesford

Arinya Retreat was a lovely property for a group of people. It was very well appointed and comfortable. We just had a problem with the central heating on our first night, which meant that the bedrooms were cold, but there was an open fire and split systems in the two living areas. The owner tended to the heating and we were very comfortable on the second night. Additionally, the owner was very friendly, communicative and hospitable and we had a wonderful stay.

An amazing retreat property with all the mod cons plus spa bath, piano, deck and open fire place, all with a beautiful interior design. The property is located out of the way in quiet countryside with kangaroos visiting in morning and evenings. The host Damien is very friendly and helpful. Such a nice place, great for a weekend away or larger group retreat.

Our second stay at Arinya was absolutely amazing. The serenity of the property, the beautiful house and amenities and Damien who is a great host. Thank you and we will be there again next year!

Just returned from a perfect 2-night getaway at this lovely retreat. The wood fire was absolutely divine and created such a cozy atmosphere. The spaces throughout the property were beautifully designed and perfectly suited our needs.We were so comfortable with our sewcation (yes we spend the entire weekend inside sewing) that we didn't even venture out to explore - the property was self catering so we had everything we wanted for a stress free sewing weekend away.Would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Daylesford. Thank you for a memorable stay!

My friend and had an amazing weekend away.……. The retreat was everything and more it was in perfect condition, comfy beds, yummy hamper with a great selection of books and records!! The views where picturesque.Damien also organised massages and facials for us!! HIGHTLY recommend…Believe it not & we will be back.

Book club get away, perfect place! A delight.

Really good stay Entrance to the venue was a little off road driving which was never specified on booking. Very poor internet which could make it difficult for families which love there devices. Otherwise very happy with everything else ?

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this retreat! Despite the rainy weather, the weekend inside with friends was still beautiful and incredibly enjoyable. The place was not only stunning but also incredibly stylish, with artwork that added to the charm. The spa bath was perfect for relaxation, and the views were breathtaking and lots of kangaroos to spot. The well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the bed with its soft sheets was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home, including the cozy fireplace that provided a warm atmosphere. The host was friendly and approachable, enhancing the overall experience. Plus, the Smart TV with Netflix was a great bonus for unwinding in the evenings. Overall, this was a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a kid free girls getaway. Damien gave us a friendly welcome and then gave us complete privacy. The house was clean, very comfortable and we appreciated the hamper and wine! We took advantage of the fireplace and loved the space and tranquility. We will be back!

The pictures don’t do it justice, incredibly relaxing, and calm environment. Fantastic for a weekend away. Damien, the manager was incredibly helpful with suggesting places to eat and see, and also in home care, organizing spa treatments, and also preparing a fire for people who cannot start themselves. lol cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay at Arinya Retreat. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of being able to book a massage at the house. Well furnished house with great kitchen facilities. Could do with a couple of larger pots for cooking for a group of 6 or more. Would stay there again for sure.
