Arguably Best View on the Nubble Peninsula. Newer Home within modern amenities and plenty of space.

A beautiful home! Spacious and clean with spectacular views of the ocean.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Nubble Peninsula home. The rooftop deck was our favorite gathering spot, with lovely ocean views, especially in the evenings. We enjoyed daily walks to visit Nubble Lighthouse and Short Sands Beach. The living areas were bright and comfortable, and the AC was a great break from the summer heat! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the barbecue grill was great, but I recommend replacing the Teflon fry pans. Having a bathroom on every floor was very convenient. Parking is tight, but once we figured it out, we could fit all 3 of our mid-size cars. My family and I would stay here again.

Everyone in our party agreed that they liked the modern style of the home and the natural lighting in all the rooms. The common area on the first floor is very spacious and the TV center is fantastic. We felt it was open and welcoming for all of us to gather together. We especially like that the AC worked! Also, we were very glad that there is a bathroom on each floor. The roof top deck was very nice and a fun idea, however during our stay was not well used during rainy wet weather. The placement of the washer and dryer is very convenient. The neighborhood seems quiet, the walk to Nubble and Short Sands is managable. Suggestions- the bathroom door on the second floor doesn't seem to lock properly and maybe you would consider replacing the dirty looking bath mat in the second floor bathroom. Doesn't seem in keeping with the fresh and modern ambiance of the home over all. The kitchen area is adequate- we like to cook in so it took some time to get ourselves organized. There is a teflon cook pot and teflon frying pan that we would suggest you consider throwing out- the teflon is so scratched that they are way beyond safely using. We were surprised that for a new modern house such old used items would be left for renters to use. Lastly, parking- not really an easy three car/ van parking situation. Not sure what you can do about it- except advise rentors that small or mid size vehicles might work well, but three SUV's, or pick up trucks or Mini Vans are going to face some logistical challenges. Hope our suggestions help!

The house is lovely and the location very good. I would recommend it and our stay was wonderful. I gave it 4 stars because with cleaning and other steep fees included in the overall cost, I don't think we should have to make up the beds upon arrival, wash/dry all towels before 10am departure and sweep/take out trash on departure. May be a VRBO policy but it put a damper on the overall experience.

House was beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked , roof deck was amazing. Driveway very narrow and only having 3 cars was a challenge. A house that holds that many people should allow for more parking. We had 4 cars and only because we had family were able to park at their house. There was also no information on the house , ie garbage pickup , how the tv works etc. , because if that I think the previous renter had two weeks if trash that we had to organize in barrels and put out.

We had an amazing experiencing staying in this home. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, having linens and towels provided mean so much less to pack and the stunning views from the roof deck we’re unlike anything I’ve experienced - and I’ve been coming to York for 40+ years!!! Only drawback was that the parking is precocious - especially if you have 3 vehicles. Otherwise our stay was perfection! Thank you!!!

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described: great location and ocean views from every room. Easy access to beaches, town and lighthouse.
