Stayed Dec 6, 2025This was a phenomenal home to stay in! The beauty of the home is only surpassed by the beautiful scenery of the area. We stayed one night, passing through on our way to Washington. My husband and I only used one room and bathroom, but both were spacious and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and three cozy couches.There was a fully fenced backyard that my dogs were thrilled to be in, and really nice a hot tub and porch to enjoy.We especially liked having access to the garage so we didn't have to unload the entire truck. There were many features we didn't use because of time restraints, but it was a very well thought out home. (rockers on the front porch, grill, large dining table inside and out, lovely, spacious kitchen, office workspace, etc.)This was our favorite house of the whole journey!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025The property was in a very picturesque area surrounded by the unique rock formations that draw us to this part of Utah. It was nice being away from the business of the city with the house being just at the edge of the city limits. We enjoyed the quietness. Upon entry to the house you walk through a well kept patio with lots of plants. The front yard was well landscaped, pleasing to enjoy with its green grass and trees, or just pleasant to look at. The house itself was very comfortable to stay in, for us and our dogs. Ample room inside and out. Our dogs absolutely loved the large green grassy back yard to run in. The only thing that was in the downside for us was not having any window coverings at night in the living room area. All in all it was a very nice place to stay. I was disappointed we could only stay one night. We will for sure plan to stay here again in the future.

Stayed May 15, 2023Great house tucked away in a scenic quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes a way from the heart of Moab. Particularly loved the main room (kitchen into the living room) with a impressive fireplace. The outdoor space was great too. Only had one night here. Would have loved to stay longer to truly enjoy it.
