To prevent parties, noise decibel monitors are installed in the game room and rear deck.

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a cleaning post-checkout to prevent any allergy-related illness in the cabin. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest.

The Neighborhood of Southwicke Noise Ordinance is 9pm to 7am. Please keep be respectful of our neighbors. No music outside and please keep the doors closed.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

We provide a starter set of household supplies -dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs and coffee. These are not necessarily meant to provide and meet all your needs during your stay.
