Description

Friendly and relaxing, this 160 m² wooden Landes revisited house promises good times with family or friends.
At the edge of the forest on a plot of 2200m2 fully enclosed, wooden architect's house of 2019, careful decoration, contemporary simple design and new comfort. It consists of a large living room of over 60m² with its mezzanine and a view of an airial Landes and the 120m² wooden terrace.
Easy access for people with reduced mobility (no steps, large interior slidingdoors, Italian showers).

Night side,
- 1 parental suite (160cm bed, WC, Italian shower) overlooking the pool.
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and a mezzanine with 2 80cm beds. Shower room with walk-in shower.
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin 80cm beds with shower room and walk-in shower.
And finally, in addition 2 80cm beds on the mezzanine of the living room.

On the life side,
The partly covered terrace of 120m2 accommodates,
- The summer kitchen with 2 large tables and direct access to the fully equipped house kitchen. It has a worktop with sink, a double hearth wood barbecue and a gas stove with paella / plancha dishes.
- The salt-heated swimming pool (10x4) with electric shutter. Outdoor shower, WC and shower in the pool room.
- A cellar and a laundry room with washing machine complete the equipment.

For leisure,
The beaches of Mésanges, Vieux Boucau, the beach and the golf Moliets are at 8 kms
Soustons Lake is less than 2 kms with bikes for hire.
The cycle path 100 meters from the house will take you to the ocean in 30 minutes by bike. Take advantage of the 60 km of secure cycle paths by joining Hossegor and Moliets in peace.
