Architect Designed House Nestled in the Dunes

This architect-designed, eco-friendly property has been featured in magazines for its unique design, gorgeous sense of minimalist style and unique art works. This is the perfect holiday home for relaxing to the sounds of the way crashing on Goolwa Beach, in a spacious, light-filled, contemporary beach house.

Just walk out the back gate and you are on the path through the sand dunes to the beach. With outdoor living spaces at both the front and rear of the property, you can enjoy theoutdoors at any time of the day.

The property features three queen beds in separate rooms (sleeping 6 guests), two bathrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. This is the perfect adults retreat, though kids are welcome too! Throw open the big sliding doors and enjoy the indoor/outdoor beach vibe.

There is a fireplace for wood fire ambiance in winter plus RC Air Conditioning for both summer and winter comfort. Entertainment options include a big-screen TV, Apple TV with access to Netflix (self-login) and Stan (guests can log in to their own account if they have one), and fast NBN Wi-Fi.

The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1: Queen

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

As with all Pet let properties, your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside. There is a fully enclosed rear yard, with fencing of approx 1m. Dogs will love the very short walk to the beach!

There is off-street parking for two or three cars. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $35 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $70 for 1 night.

Extra Guests
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
