This house is exactly how it is described and shown in the photos. The pool saw a lot of use, the kitchen is fantastic and well supplied. The pantry is huge and an incredible addition that we’ve not had in any other beach house. It is perfect for storing extra paper products and things we took for cooking and baking. The three huge air conditioner units kept the house very comfortable day and night. The only drawbacks were the mattress in bedroom 4 should be replaced and there was one light fixture in the dining room that needs attention. There was also a small amount of mildew on the shower curtain in the bathroom attached to bedroom 4. We will definitely be back, we really enjoyed this house and location. After 15 years of vacationing at Croatan Beach, we were pleasantly surprised with Sandbridge and this house.

Excellent location and serene view! Our family enjoyed everyday of our vacation. Everyone had their own room, private bathroom and enough room to not be in each others way. If we're in VA Beach again, we will seek this property.

We had 20 people stay here for a week, family vacation. The house is beautiful and for the most part, clean. The windows above the beds had a layer of dust with dead bugs on them and the elevator was working intermittently when we arrived. My elderly parents stayed with us which is why we needed the elevator. Maintenance came out and said the elevator company was supposed to fix the elevator before we arrived. I called the office and left a message for Susie who never returned my call. Luckily, maintenance was able to rig the elevator so it would work. It is in very close proximity to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool. Be aware, it was recommended to bring crib sheets but when we arrived, there was no crib to be found. We went out and bought a pack-n-play for my granddaughter to sleep in. Overall, this property served it's purpose; allowing us all to gather around the table for dinner, tell stories and most of all laugh!

beds need new mattresses, refrigerators ice making machines all need repair, 1 major washer and dryer not working, stacking washer gave out at end of stay, mold inside showers and curtains.

In a word, WOW!!! Everything was terrific. Spacious rooms, huge kitchen and dining areas, great pool. Everything exceeded all expectations. We were a family group of 25 and everyone had a fantastic time. This was a vacation trip of a lifetime.

Beautiful house for adults, 4 year olds and up. But not designed for Toddlers. Stairways are too, too wide for child gates we brought to keep toddlers off stairways. The Bunk beds were totally broken in-half, boards hanging down from one set. I called about broken/loose hinges on glass shower doors....no one showed up to fix. Lower Cabana on pool side was not cleaned, very dirty! And, not handicap/disable person friendly. No entrance to 1st floor other than side walkways to the very back door to come in to use elevator....Aww, NOT good wording or planning! Finally, you need more cleaners for such a huge house. Not done for hour & half to use the different floors until cleaners were done & they left dirty laundry by inside front door .

It suited our wants and needs perfectly as far as size, location, comfort, etc. We were having my mom's 80th birthday party for family only and this was a perfect fit. My only complaint was cleanliness. The stove and oven were filthy. I have pics if you want them. There was mold on the shower glass door of my bathroom. I found dishes in the kitchen that still had food them. I think people (large group for large house) just throw things anywhere when having to be out by 10 am. The pans and kitchen utensils seem to be just thrown in various places. Old ones were left when new ones are brought in. I needed to do a good bit of cleaning when I got there.

Overall, the house was beautiful, with plenty of masters and en suite baths for our group (6 couples), pretty well stocked in kitchenware, lots of great outdoor seating (loved the gazebo!), and pretty clean. Could have used a good powerwash on the outside, but we assumed since it was late in the season, the property mgmt. was likely waiting until the end of the month? Had a few minor complaints -- moldy shower curtains in a few bathrooms (#4, #9), only one jet in the hot tub worked (maintenance came to clean it and the pool midweek, but did not fix the mechanical problem), dishwasher to the left of the sink didn't clean thoroughly, so we had to rewash dishes, there was no book of local restaurants and things to do (though we finally found a guest book in a drawer by the front door), there was no bridge que for the pool table, one lamp globe above the kitchen table was in danger of falling off and breaking so we had to remove it until it could be fixed, both grills were filthy (the trays beneath the grates had not been cleaned in some time), most of the ceiling fans were in need of cleaning, and the ground floor slider door needs adjustment (took both hands to open it!). All that being said, we would've rented it again had it been available next year! Sandbridge Blue did an excellent job of communication from beginning to end. Great house, great vacation!!

This property was beautiful, and met all family needs. It was well equipped and large enough for 23 of us to live comfortably for the week. The only negative thing was that apparently there is a “natural phenomenon” in this beach area (something we have never heard of) that occurs where you can experience small shocks while in the pool. This did happen on our last day, to several of my grandkids. When I talked to the realtor customer service I was told that it was nothing to worry about unless you have a pacemaker. It would have been a good thing to disclose in the description as we had 3 heart patients in our group. All in all, really nice vacation.

The home was beautiful and well equipped for a large group (18). I would definitely stay here again.
