Features 4 bedrooms 3 baths on the 2 main floors of the home that you will be renting. Totally remodeled in 2022. Lots of outdoor space as well for warm summer days and star gazing evenings. 2 living areas, 1 on the main floor and 1 on the second floor. You are renting the 2 main floors of this home. Basement is a private lock out. Can be rented for additional fee.

Guest access
You will have access to the 2 top main floors thru the steps to the main floor level. This includes all outdoor deck areas. Full kitchen, living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, enclosed sun room area.
Other things to note
This home is in a private residential area we do have 4 outdoor security cameras on our property out side all visible to you. All homes here are on private well systems. Please try to be sparingly with your water in the home. This home does have sulphur water which can carry a smell when it has not been ran. If you are used to city water you will want to bring along bottled water. You can drink this water. You. Can bath and wash etc in it just has a high mineral content and is not harmful. Home has 1 tv connection to a local carrier on the main floor. Upstairs living area has a roku.

The house is great for a family gathering. It’s in a quiet beautiful setting on a hill with great views of pastures with horses. We went sledding on the hill next to the house! The skiers in our group had lots of great skiing at Snowshoe which is close by. There’s a lot of outdoor space on the decks and screened in porch which we didn’t get to use because it was quite cold. We were going to use the outdoor fire pit one night when it warmed up a bit but it was too windy. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were thrilled with the property and its easy commute to Snowshoe for our family ski trip. A great layout with plenty of room for everyone and an ideal kitchen for family meals. The property was very clean and in good repair. We would absolutely stay again.
