Stayed Aug 13, 2024Underground apartment so there is no internet signal on phones and there is no wifi either so it was impossible to use our phones. The air conditioner in the living room was broken and the humidity inside made it hard to breathe. The building has a nasty sewer smell especially on the underground floor. The area is also infested with cockroaches. We contacted vrbo support for a solution because my family has asthma and even provided proof from my doctor to vrbo which led to extremely poor communication from vrbo for 10 days. I would constantly get transferred to different agents and would be sent to call a number over and over again, get emails telling me to call more numbers, and was a complete mess. After all that vrbo ended up telling me theres nothing theyre are going to do to help.
