The place is absolutely fantastic and exactly what you want accommodation in the Sicilian countryside to be like. Elena, the host, is very inviting and caring. You feel very welcome. She contacted us well in advance and was very helpful if you had questions or wondered anything. We were two adults and three children and really enjoyed the accommodation. The place was clean and fresh. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need for cooking on holiday. Maybe some kitchen knife was a bit dull. But if you had pointed it out, I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem for Elena to fix :) There was no oven or microwave in the apartment we lived in, but we knew that from the beginning so it was no problem. In the house there were plenty of towels in different sizes and there were fresh bed linens. There was also a washing machine on the farm that could be used if needed.I can really recommend this place.

We have travelled a lot but never had a welcome as warm as the one Elena gave us. It was a great pleasure to meet Elena and her family and we enjoyed all the advices she gave us (before coming and during our stay). The apartment is perfect: spacious, clean, cool and beautiful.The apartment is situated in a very nice area close to beautiful nature, a very nice beach, towns and several attractions. Everything was perfect and we would love to come back : )

Elena has created a little piece of paradise in the landscape of Sicily. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! Elena’s property has been immaculately and lovingly rebuilt. Her attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look, from the amazing kitchen sink to the beautiful Sicilian tiles, the comfortable furnishings, the lovely terrace, and the lush gardens surrounding the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a floor level shower. There are sun loungers at your disposal if you enjoy just laying at the patio there with a glass of wine. We had every intention to explore the area, but we soon found ourselves so relaxed and happy at the terrace that we didn't range very far. The physical beauty of Elena’s home is lovely and well worth a visit (or two!), but what makes it truly exceptional is the host herself. Elena is so warm and inviting, and helpful in any possible way, she made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable in their home. We fell in love with the place, not only because of its exceptional location, but because its owners have imbued it with their own sense of beauty and their great generosity. It is luxurious and simple all at once, providing great comfort and utter beauty. I could go on, but really - the place is extraordinary, and our stay was perfect, except for one major flaw: it ended. Overall i would highly recommend Elena’s place as a perfect base for a holiday in Sicily and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

My boyfriend and I just returned from 8 nights in Sicily + I must say that staying at Elena’s estate was our favorite place out of all our stays! Elena could not have been more welcoming and accommodating!!! When selecting a property for the first time, there is always a fear that descriptions will not match reality. But this is one of those rare instances where reality surpassed even our highest expectations. Elena put tremendous thought into every detail. The house is furnished impeccably with love in every detail- it is very clean, pleasant, and new decorated. Outside areas including the patios + the courtyard are stunning. Thus we felt regret for leaving after 2 nights as we just wanted to stay + enjoy the house and its silent scenery. Before our arrival the owner Elena gave us a perfect description to guide us there by car. In regard of our vacation Elena gave us her number + she answered to messages promptly + was very attentive. Within moments of arriving we were entranced by the stunning views and the warmth of the welcome from Elena. She was so helpful and really knowledgeable about what we could see and do in Sicily. She had stocked the fridge with all the essentials! Furthermore Elena gave us some advices for the local village Balestrate + pointed out some restaurants. She exhibited the highest standard of hospitality. From the outset she made it known that she would make herself available as often or as limited as we desired. What a special place!
