This spacious home overlooks Dividing Creek, with beautiful water views from the screened porch and outdoor seating. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and multiple bedrooms offer plenty of space for families and large groups to relax in comfort.



The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a bright, spacious open floor plandesigned for both relaxation and entertaining. The beautifully appointed living areas flow seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to host family and friends. With multiple bedrooms and generous sleeping arrangements, there’s plenty of room for large groups and families to spread out comfortably.



1st Floor:

Office room with trundle bed, full bathroom with standing shower

2nd Floor:

Primary bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath- soaking tub and standing shower

Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and full-size crib,

Bedroom 3 with 1 full and 1 twin bed

Hall bath with shower/bathtub

Bedroom 4- king bed and ensuite bath

Lower level- Queen bedroom with ensuite bath, bunk room with bunk bed (two twins), living room with pullout couch

The Neighborhood:

Arnold is a serene neighborhood north of Annapolis, easily accessible to neighboring Severna Park, about 20 miles from BWI Airport, and less than an hour from DC.



Getting Around:

The house is about a 15 minute drive or Uber to downtown Annapolis. The house has parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Please keep in mind that there is no street parking, our street is narrow and does not allow street parking. Please do not bring more than 3 cars.

To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking:



Check-In & Identity Verification Policy



All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:



-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity

-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement



This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.



If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.



In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.



* It typically takes ~1 hour to screen a guest after they book this property and could take several hours if we are busy before we are able to provide them with check-in information.



If you make a last minute reservation, we ask you to please be patient and please do not expect to gain access to the property immediately.



Guest Count & Occupancy Policy



Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:



-4 bedroom units: $50 per guest, per night after 8 guests



Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.



Pet Policy

NO PETS ALLOWED!

This is not a pet-friendly property.



Local Reservation Policy



Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy



Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:



-Up to 1 hour: $100

-1–2 hours: $200

-2–3 hours: $300

-3+ hours: $400 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)



Please do not assume availability without confirmation.



Smoking Policy



Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.



Special Request Policy



Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
