Annapolis Entertainment Complex

Perfect location to spend the holidays near our family and downtown Annapolis. Quiet neighborhood and nice yard for our dogs to run.

We had our wedding here! It was absolutely perfect! The host was great; he was extremely communicative and pleasant. The house is beautiful, deck and yard are amazing. There is so much to do in this place; the host named it the Annapolis Entertainment Complex for a very good reason! Aside from all the space, and games, and pool, and hot tub, its also every type of coffee maker you could want (very important for us). The master bed is super comfortable (and check out that tub in the master bath!), but if you've got someone who has a thing against super soft comfortable beds, the one on the main floor is more firm. We want to come back here again, just the two of us, so we can spend more time enjoying everything this place has to offer!

Our stay was amazing! The house was the perfect location for us to invite friends and family over to enjoy the pool, BBQ out back, play games in the yard, hang in the hot tub, chill by the fire, or relax inside. Dan provided more than everything we needed and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The house had a ton of amenities we were able to use that all worked great. Daniel was responsive and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time! Dan was an excellent host and worked magic to get a few things fixed (storm damage) so that we could still have our vacation, and we are so grateful for that! Beautiful property with everything you need and want. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard oasis and the basement / rec room. Such a blast as a family. We are already talking about going back!

The property is beautiful! Our family enjoyed spending time in the pool. Everything you need is provided. The owner was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay there again.

This location served us well as a home base to visit DC and Baltimore. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat.

We stayed at this location for our son's wedding weekend. It was beautiful and spacious, and in a perfect location for both downtown Annapolis and Kent Island. Our family was able to relax and enjoy downtime by the pool and on the amazing deck. It was a wonderful gathering spot for the groomsmen who enjoyed the downstairs game room area. We had a wonderful family vacation at this fun vacation home. There is a huge deck entertaining area and a large pool. Very nice neighborhood and very close to Annapolis.

The property is beautiful with plenty of room and all available amenities. My granddaughter was in love with the outside area and of course, the pool!!! Everything was just as listed, and we spent a great deal of time enjoying the outside. Thank you Dan for your hospitality and always communicating during our stay. It was wonderful!!
