This house features, a modern kitchen with all amenities, wrap-around porches , Weber grill, living room/dining room/ Vermont stove, WI/FI./ Internet/ washer/Dryer. Also have ample parking.

The home has rustic decorations and also an enclosed porch in the back of home which provides extra privacy and over looks our extra wooded lot.

Beautiful sunsets and private stairs right down to our beach which also boasts a sandbar. Our view of lake is spectacular and the beach is extra large for family enjoyment and game playing

We are 45 minutes to Buffalo airport, 45 minutes to Chautauqua Institution, 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo, 35 minutes to Canada.

We are close to grocery stores, parks, tennis courts and a short drive to restauraunt`s

We also have ample parking and an adjacent wooded lot for privacy. Our pictures do a good job of visualizing the property.
