It was a really lovely place in the back yard to have a yarn and watch the sunrise, recommend that very much! However it seemed like the presence of a mouse (we didn't see it but we were told about it) meant that the cleaning process may have been impeded. The blankets were a bit mucky/stained and the towels were not clean, with yellow stains and hairs on them. We found some clean ones in the cupboard though, so it didn't seem to be a problem. All in all, nice place but seemed to need a bit extra attention.

Lovely place to stay with our family and small dog. It was spacious and clean with an awesome shower! Property was dog friendly, although we did have to keep a close eye on him (because of his size, wouldn't be an issue for a bigger dog) the yard due to a separation between the fence and the neighbour's fence . Fantastic communication with the owners esp when strong winds caused damage which we alerted them to - lovely people to deal with and to meet! We'd love to stay again when we visit.

The property is average grade. Musty and old smelling. I chose to use the bunk bed as it smelt cleaner. Kitchen, deck and backyard are very good. Back neighbours are noisy and can see over the fence. Neighbour on one side has a dog that barks most of the time, so the quiet weekend I had planned didn't eventuate.

Comfortable cottage. Fairly well equiped. Great location. Wish we had more time to look around Strathalbyn. Includes a stove which wasn't listed in the description.

Property is clean but outdated. Towels need to be replaced as they are rough. Also there was a musty smell when entering, needed to air rooms. No tea towel available and dish cloth dirty. It was comfortable and had a good supply of coffee and pleasant sitting outside having breakfast. Money taken out of credit card last year in May but still got an email informing me that if i did not pay, booking would be cancelled.

The property was close to our work site and everything else that we needed. The house was quite comfy, except for the double bed in the main bedroom. This bed may need a new mattress. Otherwise, house had everything we needed.

We stayed here with another couple and it had everything we needed. We could walk to one of the pubs for tea so it was very convenient. It was great that the back verandah was screened all the way around - nice to not be bother by insects.
