5 Stars! The perfect place for our family for 2 weeks. All the amenities and space. Close to metro and train station. We took day trips to Florence and Naples on the train. A grocery store is very close. We had plenty of food and drinks at the apartment and cooked breakfast each morning. Thank you Marco!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean, elegant decor, very good A/C that kept us very cool and comfortable during our stay in June). The location is in very close proximity to the Colosseum (5-7 min walk), eateries, markets, Metro stations. Marco was an extremely great host. Upon arrival, he personally greeted us and gave us a brief tour of the apartment and its amenities. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 total (2 adults and 4 children). If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Everything is Perfect from location, the great owner Mr. Marcos making everything possible for our stay to be at the best. The apartment was perfect for our family, is super comfortable, modern and have all the amenities you can ask for a perfect stay, the list of restaurants, things to do, min walking to the coliseum. You can never go wrong with this amazing apartment. We will definitely come back !!!

My family of four enjoyed this home so much. The home is beautifully furnished, adequately stocked, excellent water pressure, and a rare find in Rome-amazing AC! The home is very welcoming and well maintained. Marco was such a great host. He was very prompt to reply to my questions and excellent to suggest reputable services available to us in addition to actually arranging them. With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms it made our stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a few minute walk from the Colosseum and other must see areas of Rome. Great little cafe around the corner and a neighborhood market a few doors down. It really is a great home.

The place was even better than in the pictures! Marco helped us arrange car service and it was more inexpensive than online options. He helped with dinner reservations as well. The apartment was spacious and was nice and cool in the heat!

Our stay in this Rome VRBO was flawless—a perfect 10/10. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, even arranging early-morning airport transportation. The accommodations were exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, with spacious showers that had amazing water pressure. The high ceilings added an airy feel, and we loved the remote shutters! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed—complete with a charming Smeg fridge and kettle. We also really appreciated having both a washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.The host’s local recommendations were fantastic—he suggested a restaurant we loved so much, we went three nights in a row for authentic Italian cuisine. I would absolutely stay here again and trust the host for future tours and recommendations. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful spot for our group of 4. Lots of room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and A/C. We loved walking out the front door and being able to see the Colosseum down the street. The building itself is beautiful and has a secure entrance to an open air courtyard and there is a small grocery store just a one minute walk away. Marco and Sarah were very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to help make our stay easy and enjoyable! Location is excellent. The apartment has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was almost too short. We used uber to get around for the most part. The condo is located a few blocks from the colosseum and close to some tasty places to eat. It was very peaceful and exactly what we needed.

This was a great experience from check in to check out. The place is immaculate. All appliances, TV's, wifi worked perfectly. Location is perfect. You can literally see the Colosseum from the front door. The host, Marco was amazing. Very gracious and helpful for tips and getting local restaurant reservations. Wonderful time. Recommend fully without hesitation. 6 Stars!

My husband and I just completed our dream vacation to Italy along with another couple. Marco and Sara were the perfect, welcoming hosts offering a wonderful apartment near the Colosseum. The check in and check out process was easy and we appreciated the helpful tips that our hosts provided for their favorite restaurants in the area. During our stay, we remarked that we felt we were experiencing Rome in style staying in such a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous entryway, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and an awesome shower. The apartment is safe, quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely decor. It was the perfect home away from home for us while in Rome. We know where we'll be staying next time we're in Rome, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. Thank you to our hosts for making our vacation all the more special.

Marco and Sara were exceptional hosts. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. At first we were apprehensive about passport photo requests and incidental payment in cash only but we understand now the reason behind their protocols. We decided on early check out and the day of, Marco and Sara was able to send over one of his staff members to check us out and do a walkthrough of the condo in a timely manner! That was super greatly appreciated especially when we were able to catch our train on time! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. They had all the major amenities you need. The place was very close to the colesseum with easy access to other subway trains and Ubers! Having an expresso machine and tea was a lovely touch! Couple of improvements is to maybe have packets of pepper, with the existing salt. Additional, cutlery knives would have been beneficial especially for those that cook! Other than that, the place was lovely, super accommodating, and relaxing. One thing I didn’t see was the spa whirlpool as it said there was one on the premises… was just curious where it was! It was our fault that we never asked;). Marco/Sara, thank you again for a very lovely stay! We recommend staying at their condo! They did provide wonderful food recommendations and activities if you ask! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!
