Anderson Retreat: Private Hot Tub & Kayaks!

Excellent host and great location on the lake.

We had a great time staying for a Clemson game. There was plenty of room and the hot tub was nice to come back to after the game. The house was clean and easy to find.

This was a second visit for us. This house is a family favorite. It accommodated 5 adults, 1 child, and our dogs very well! The house has lots of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals there. We love using the kayaks and paddle boards and I even brought my own. The dock is nestled at the end of a quiet cove which is nice for young paddlers. The fenced in back yard is great and gives the dogs plenty of space.

Great place for a quick family getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Home is located on a very quiet and peaceful part of the lake. Had a great time kayaking. Master bed was comfortable, only complaint was the master bath. It is just very small and could use updates.

We stayed at this property for our sons graduation. They were very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed using the kayaks and having s'mores by the fire.

My husband fished a tournament on Lake Hartwell. We instantly booked this house and brought our dogs along with us. The property was perfect for our dogs with the beautiful outside space. The house was also about 15 minutes from green pond landing boat ramp which is where the tournament take off and weigh ins were. The house was clean and everything was there that we needed! We hope to stay there again if there is ever another tournament on Hartwell.

Great place that allowed 2 families (7 adults and an infant) to enjoy a Thanksgiving get away. Deck and backyard with fire pit was great addition. Limited on the amount of bathroom hand, bath, and wash towels, as well as kitchen towels. Bed linens in the primary bedroom could use an update. Gas grill needs to be replaced due to rusted out interior. Overall very pleasant accommodations and stay.

Great house for needs. 2 co-workers and I needed a spot while working in Athens with weekend off. Fit us well. Fire pit a welcome addition

Two families of 5 stayed here comfortably. The outdoor space and fenced in yard is wonderful. Having access to the lake was important to us since we were vacationing with our boat. (Side note, the homeowner was so gracious to personally check lake levels for us before our trip, helping us ensure access to his dock.) The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles on site. One small thing we felt could be improved was the available cookware, specifically sheet pans. The property management let us know they were available, but we did not need to contact them so I can't speak to their attentiveness. Overall, an excellent stay.

We had a great weekend with our adult children, grandson, & dogs. The fenced in back yard was great and a fun place to hang out. Having access to a dock and using the provided kayaks & paddle boards provided great family fun. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious with 5 adults. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the beauty of this tucked away location at Lake Hartwell. It was quiet and relaxing. The house was comfortable with plenty of room. The house was well stocked and was a perfect location for a family vacation. We loved that paddle boards were available!
