Excellent host! House was very clean and comfortable, with lots of character and charm.

Great house. Beautiful high ceilings on the first floor. Clean and well equipped kitchen and a long dining table in the main room. Met our needs for a family gathering for Thanksgiving. Hosts were great.

Home was unique as it was an 1860 school house converted into a single family home.Well done, with some original pieces still in place like blackboards and operating drinking fountain.Garage is used as a game room with plenty to do.

The house exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.The owner was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions.The location was ideal and the property is perfect for any group.

Host communication was great. Check-in was easy (and in fact, we were allowed early access). The property itself was great for our family reunion. It's a great location for exploring Cooperstown and for all things Baseball Hall of Fame. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a dozen people. The game room was also a nice added benefit. We would 100% recommend this property and intend to use it again in the future

We are so happy we picked this house. We had an amazing time. The kids had an amazing time and loved the game room. I think it was really cool to be allowed to write our names on the wall in the game room. It was really close to Cooperstown dreams park. We had a wonderful stay at this unique old schoolhouse just minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the home’s character and history. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, which is a huge bonus when traveling with kids. The game room was a total hit — air hockey, foosball, and ping pong kept the kids entertained for hours while the adults relaxed. It’s in a quiet, scenic area but still just a short, easy drive to Dreams Park, downtown Cooperstown, and nearby restaurants.If you’re looking for a rental with charm, space, and great access to Cooperstown attractions, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The house was charming, comfortable and the right size for our family group of 6 adults and 6 children. Location was perfect, close to Hall of Fame, Fenimore Farm, Rail Explorer, and many restaurants, grocery store and breweries. The game room and big front lawn were wonderful for 6 very active boys!

The historic schoolhouse was an awesome house for kids and gatherings for a baseball team. The location could not have been better. It sits right between downtown Cooperstown and the Dream Park fields. The kids loved the game room and spent every waking moment not at the fields in there. It was perfect! The online photos do not do it justice!

We rented the house with a few families while our boys played baseball at CDP. We originally didn’t think we’d spend much time at the house during down time, but everyone always wanted to go back! The siblings LOVED the game room, as did the Dads with a ping pong tournament and evening poker. Boys were also constantly playing wiffle ball in the front yard. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and one chilly morning. As you’ll see in the photos, even the adults enjoyed the chalkboards The home accommodated us all very comfortably with plenty of privacy and space. The washer/dryer was so nice to have and was able to return home with all clean clothes . The area is just beyond beautiful. We took morning walks down by toddsville, the first street on the left when you leave the house to the right. Highly recommend! Beautiful river/creek and lots of nature. We are hoping to return in 2-3 years when our second son plays here. Highy recommend booking, Darcy and her husband were great!

Everything was just perfect. The hosts were wonderful. The personal touches were so thoughtful and the house was great for our group. Nice and simply decorated rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had key what we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the game room in the garage! Thank you!

Great property for our family Birthday party!

This house is perfectly located for a trip to the Cooperstown area. Additionally, there are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a good sized group. The common areas, including the game room lend themselves really well to hanging out with friends. I highly recommend this house. Last note, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had, both leading up to and during our stay.

Location was perfect. The house was super clean and Darcey was a host very easy to communicate with. There was something for everyone in the game room. My only recommendation would be to get some firewood prior to your first night. We went to dinner and many stores close early. So we didn’t get firewood till the next morning . Highly recommend staying here for your family vacation!

Overall this is a great property for anyone traveling out to Cooperstown. Lovely property on a quiet street. Close to Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Both adults and kids enjoyed their time in this charming home. The game room/garage was great for the kids. Communication with owners was prompt and friendly. Would certainly stay here again if back in the area!

We all got something different and fantastic from our experience here. The kids loved the chalkboards, retro desk, pencil sharpener, water fountain. Demerits all around--just because. Detention, too! For me, it was a cafe with beautiful classical music filling the walls surrounded with plenty of comfortable seating to read a book and listen to people chatting. For 3 of our families, it was a party from 1985. They filled that garage with oldies party songs/singing that had everyone laughing. They met in the evenings for darts, pool, and ping pong. Then, there was the kitchen. We had a couple of cooks in our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to share many meals--crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, and both Keurig and coffee pot. We picked up pork and beef from the local butcher. Pork slow cooked in the crock pot for bbq, beef for taco night, cold cuts and rolls from Price Chopper for hoagies, and a delicious breakfast everyday. Seems like the owners thought of everything when they setup this house. Our beds (we stayed on the main floor) were comfortable and we slept great. The other families said their spaces were comfortable as well. The extra blankets were perfect. The indoor temperature was easily regulated. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great. It all worked out perfectly. We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

This place is all that they said it would be. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we rented for a week. Everyone loved it. Kids and adults. Highly recommend.
